XP holders get 1 mint in their highest tier and each tier after. Miss a phase, lose that mint. An Ethereal holder can mint 5 total through Gold (or just 1 if they arrive during Gold).
F&F gets 1 mint from the start and 1 more in Gold. The first carries forward if unused: 2 total, with no extra allocation in between.
Counts include returning tiers and F&F’s second allocation in Gold.
