6/8 What to do: Log in to your CrowdNode account Confirm your return address is correct and you still control it Request your withdrawal - ideally now, by 26 June 2026 at the latest Lost access to your original address? Email [email protected] before then.

5/8 For security, we don't keep everything in a hot wallet. Funds stay in secure storage and are released in controlled batches. If your withdrawal isn't instant, that's a deliberate safety measure - not a problem. Everyone will be able to withdraw in full.

4/8 How withdrawals work: we return funds only to the original address they were sent from. No new address to provide - this guarantees your assets go back to you and no one else. You'll receive your staked funds plus any rewards earned.

3/8 Key dates: Now - withdrawals are open 10 June 2026 - final reward distribution (no rewards accrue after) 26 June 2026 - please complete your withdrawal by this date End of June - we begin shutting down supporting systems

2/8 Why? Under the EU's MiCA regulation, staking funds on your behalf now requires CASP authorization. We applied to the Danish FSA (Finanstilsynet) but couldn't obtain it in our current form - so we've withdrawn our application and must wind down in an orderly way.
