In my second Monero Talk Interview I explain why capital flight into $Monero is inevitable.
Also, I discuses why Monero is essential to protecting the public from bad outcomes from AI.
youtube.com/watch?v=CCS5FRJC…
Monero is an ideology coin
$XMR
It means those who get it, get it
That’s why it doesn’t undo the pumps
A matter of first principles for the individual right to be free
If you own monero, you are free from centralised systems of control
The value of that is infinity
Monero is inevitable.
It's worth watching very closely how all this goes down in the coming years.
Because what Elon is doing here is basically the other side of the coin that Mamdani is on. AI/Robotics are deeply wealth concentrating technologies. Inherently.
Either the wealthy decide for themselves how to redistribute the wealth (like Elon here), or the people will elect politicians that will tax that wealth away from the wealthy, and then the government will spend it how they see fit.
AI destroys the value of human labor ->
You have to own assets ->
AI destroys the value of assets whose scarcity was a function of human labor ->
Only assets with inherent scarcity escape this, primarily monetary assets which can't be printed ->
AI destroys the value of monetary assets which can be tracked and controlled via AI ->
You NEED to own Monero.
How long will it take people to figure this out?
People who hold Monero don't want to exchange it for a store of value with inferior privacy.
Monero is a black hole into which immense amounts of capital will fall in order to escape the abuse which is headed our way.
Do not listen to accounts like this.
All of them are recently purchased dead accounts that have been poorly rebranded into "supporting Monero" with the primary goal of promoting new possibly scam wallets and degen projects.
One of the reasons Zcash has had more success than $XMR in some areas is the community.
They support builders and developers. When someone ships a small update, launches a new project, or builds something useful, the community works together to amplify it and help it grow.
In Monero, it sometimes feels like the opposite.
The same 2–3 people are running similar AI-generated swap platforms, while everyone else is quick to call each other or every new project a scam.
Competitors attack competitors. Builders fight for attention. Too much energy goes into ads, swaps, and figuring out how to extract money from the community.
Not enough goes into building.
We need a stronger culture of building, supporting, testing, and promoting good work.
If someone is building something useful for Monero, help them.
Don't think, “People might stop using my exchange or swap and switch to this one, so I'll FUD it.”
Instead, think, “How can I improve my project and make it more useful for the Monero community?”
Compete by building something better, not by tearing others down.

Imagine you’re in a room with 100 people of the same religion, and you’re the only outsider.
20 hate you, but won’t act because they fear the consequences.
20 hate you and openly protest against you.
20 hate you and attack you in private, but publicly insist, “We don’t hate him. He’s just paranoid.”
20 have mixed feelings, but if someone harms you, they’ll quietly celebrate, joke about it, or look the other way.
10 want to harm you and are simply waiting for the right opportunity.
5 are actively planning to kill you.
The remaining 5 publicly support you, but keep reminding you: “Not everyone in this room is against you. You can’t blame everyone for the tiny minority that wants to kill you. They don’t represent us.”
So here’s the question:
How many people in that room are actually against you?
And at what point does calling the danger a “small minority” become denial rather than reassurance?
Monero is inevitable.
Still not something that these types are comfortable naming.
That will change.
Billionaire investor Chamath Palihapitiya:
"We have to become economically viable to be independent forever… I think what that requires is extreme privacy and a monetary system that can be shielded."
privacy is bigger than just crypto

in 2017 I bought a bag of $XMR and told everyone it was the next big thing
half of them laughed
I'm still here, and I still believe it
$10.000 is coming
Monero is inevitable.
You can't unsee it.

Real estate is a poor way to protect wealth in troubled times.
Monero is inevitable.
LUXURY REAL ESTATE SUPERCYCLE
AI is going to take all the jobs. All that value is going to accrue to the AI labs, the build out, and diffusely to select businesses and investors -- this will be a highly wealth-centralizing event. K-shape etc. Thousands of new billionaires and trillionaires will be created.
Rich people spend money in very predictable ways. They buy a super nice house, and often another one on the beach. They are price insensitive on hotel spend. They fly private.
The most expensive real estate in the world is in 1) labor market cities (e.g. NYC, London) and 2) extremely beautiful places.
Labor market cities are about to be totally destroyed by the automation of the white collar labor market. Some will reinvent themselves as cultural hubs. Would you live in NYC with 50% unemployment? It was a nightmare when this was functionally the case during the early days of COVID.
So rich people will generally want to move to extremely beautiful places that are insulated from societal turbulence, assuming they get the value prop that enabled NYC to win: the highest density of interesting people in the world. The core questions is how to coalesce that network if not with a deep and liquid labor market.
One part of the answer is natural beauty / weather. Another is political and economic stability. But I believe the largest driver with be Cultural Output. Communities of the most talented creative people in the world are the "soft-product", subsidized by Aman-level houses in insanely beautiful places. Amazing visual art, parties, conversations -- this is what has historically driven Soho, Berlin, LA; at some level even Renaissance Florence and Ancient Athens.
Both these people and the locations are scarce, and as wealth is both created and transferred, their value will increase dramatically.
Institutions will capture and cultivate both the best land and creative talent in the world. Fund, perhaps fully run by AI; brands, with both legacy and design that meets the moment. Academies, museums, galleries, studios, nightclubs, restaurants, publishers, theaters, will drive insane economic value to be captured in land prices.
There is a robinhood element to this. The cash generated by selling the Aman / Discovery Land Co. style residences will generate the cash to fund the cultural output of thousands or perhaps millions of the most talented, often poor, young people in the world. Real estate developers will fund their own UBI (Art Grant) programs by capturing AI wealth via quickly-appreciating luxury real estate.
NYC land value is ~$3T. GDP is going to start doubling at some point, and so will that $3T, but if NYC melts down, there are massively underpriced assets that will capture that value and far more in the Singularity.
And btw no one in real estate, the largest asset class in the world, understands this.
Rich and poor alike, we are all going to need Monero.
Monero is inevitable.
Any billionaire, decamillionaire, etc. who bought the “encrypted Bitcoin” meme and isn’t holding Monero as well as Zcash has been fooled.
“Shielded Monero” market cap sits at ~$11 billion. Shielded Zcash ~$7 billion. Despite Monero being harder to obtain.
With Monero going live on DEXs like Thorchain soon, it will become easier to obtain.
Monero has a significantly higher transaction count than Zcash and a strong community of real users.
If your thesis is that “private Bitcoin” is here to stay and you are fading default-private, 100% fungible Monero, you have been fooled.
Diversify accordingly. Or kick yourself knowing it was the obvious thing to do.

In 10 years, finance textbooks will have a dedicated chapter on monero:native
The case study: The only asset in history that the entire financial system tried to coordinate kill
> Delisted by the biggest liquidity providers
> Demonized by regulators globally
> Zero marketing budget or Zero VC backing
Yet, it didn't die.
Why? Because they accidentally created the only honest market in crypto.
The most hated asset became the most necessary asset
Study Monero.
Another person with a large following gets it.
Monero is inevitable.
Privacy coins didn't experience a bear market this cycle. Not sure we can say that about any token over the prior cycles. That's telling, and it's more than just a narrative imo.
I know zcash:native has been killing it. But I still love monero:native for idealistic reasons. Few long term coins are above '17 highs and the chart is sweet.
Think about what this means for Monero.
How will you pay for access to things that the government does not want you to have?
How will government control the economic activity of open source / unregulated AI agents?
Monero is inevitable.
Never outsource your world view to AI.
The people who understand Monero have done the work to build a model of the world on their own.
This has always been a defining characteristic of success and will be much more so going forward.
