MY RESIGNATION STATEMENT FROM ZENTRIX After careful consideration, I have decided to resign from my roles as Project Manager and Marketer at @Zentrixgaming_ , effective immediately. Over the past 2–3 months, I have dedicated my time, and energy to building Zentrix alongside other marketers. We grew their X community from fewer than 300 followers to approximately 2,700, expanded Telegram community to over 3,300 members, and onboarded more than 60,000 users into the ecosystem. This journey has not been without challenges. Funding constraints, internal crises, and other unresolved issues have made it increasingly difficult for me to continue in my capacity. Despite working for months without receiving payment, I remained committed to the vision. My priority was never just about personal compensation. I believed in the product, its potential, and the opportunity it presented to the community. For me, a successful ecosystem is one where the community wins alongside the project. When people believe in a product, support it, and ultimately benefit from it, that is a win worth working towards. That conviction is why I continued to give my best, even when things were not going as expected. However, given the current circumstances, I believe stepping aside is the right decision. I sincerely wish Zentrix and everyone still working on the project success in their future endeavours. To my community, this is not the end of our journey. More wins are ahead. As many of you have seen in our Telegram community, we have been identifying opportunities through DEGEN trading and other market activities. We will continue exploring these opportunities, particularly as another avenue for generating liquidity for those who need it. Our focus now returns to trading, identifying promising opportunities, and positioning ourselves where the potential rewards justify the risk. The reality of this market is that not every opportunity will deliver results. We will come across many, but only a few will make a meaningful difference. Our responsibility is to remain disciplined, manage risk, and focus our efforts on opportunities with strong potential rather than chasing everything that comes our way.

Please, I honestly don’t understand what is going on. I’m part of the marketing team, and clearly, I don’t see any reason why all this dragging is ongoing on Twitter by some of the marketers that resigned. As a marketer, I can clearly state that the initial agreement was that the project would pay us immediately they go on mainnet. Now they have also said they will give some bonuses after the testnet. So I don’t see anything the project has breached. Just because of the thread contest and the fact that they said payment will be made when mainnet goes live, I don’t understand why there is suddenly so much dragging. This was the plan, and they already told us this. The project is not even hiding anything. They have been clear about what the plan is, and I don’t see why we should start dragging the project or condemning everything because of one person’s decision. We, the marketers that are still here, and some of the ambassadors should at least be able to respond and clarify things when necessary. I don’t think the project has done so badly that we should just start condemning it because one person decided to step down. Honestly, I’m just coming online and seeing all these posts and everything, and I don’t think it’s necessary.

One thing I’ve noticed about our demographic is that we’re too quick to tear down our own. When someone from our region is trying to learn, build, or break into a new niche, we’re quick to attack them the moment they make a mistake. @web3righteous launched a memecoin and things didn’t go as planned and Now everyone is dragging her. We need to do better, Support our own builders and founders. Mistakes happen, but constantly tearing down our own will only hurt our growth.
