Day In The Life Of A Memecoin Millionaire
While you're studying for midterms, they are literally skipping school for dubai & maldives
Past cycle is printing generational wealth. Case in point: Kimchi hit a $40,000,000 PNL on TRUMP token and logged off just as he had told Orangie he would 3 months before token Trump launched
Bro started just a year ago. He ground 15 hours a day in front of the screens. Now he's 20, drives a cash-paid $185k Porsche 911, rocks Chrome Hearts, and drops racks on Balenciaga while chilling in a $4k/mo LA luxury apartment
everyone is comparing Anthropic open interest across Entropy, Binance and tradeXYZ
almost nobody is comparing the cost of holding the same position
that's the number that can quietly decide which venue wins for an actual trader
high OI tells you where capital is positioned
it doesn't tell you how expensive it is to stay there
funding does
and the difference between Anthropic markets can be huge
the same bullish thesis can pay funding on one venue while receiving it on another
even more interesting: the direction can change quickly as positioning becomes crowded
on November 5, one market snapshot showed annualized funding on Entropy near +87%
two days later, current trackers were already showing negative funding
that means comparing venues once and forgetting about it isn't enough
you need to check again before entering
and again if you plan to hold through the IPO
this matters because traders are no longer opening small experimental positions
Entropy's Anthropic market has crossed $100M in OI, with some individual positions worth millions
at that size, funding isn't a small detail
it can become part of the entire trade
so before choosing between @entropyIO, Binance and @tradexyz, i'd compare four things:
- liquidity at my order size
- spread and slippage
- trading fees
- current funding
the venue with the most OI may offer the best execution
but it isn't automatically the cheapest place to hold the position
price decides whether your thesis is right
funding decides how long you can afford to wait

Hash Hedge is allocating up to $20 million in trading capital to experiment with a new prop trading model
I’ve been so caught up lately that I forgot to share one of the most interesting developments I’ve seen in a while
Hash Hedge has launched Instant Funding - funded accounts without having to pass a challenge
After a year and a half of following the prop trading market, one thing has become clear: the same model doesn’t work for everyone
Personally, I’m still a supporter of traditional challenges. In practice, a systematic approach, discipline and the experience of completing evaluation stages help traders develop the skills needed to trade profitably
But there’s another category of traders
Imagine you’re already an experienced trader, confident in your abilities, and you spot a unique market opportunity. You need additional capital here and now, rather than several weeks from now
That’s exactly what Instant Funding is designed for
You get access to trading capital immediately after purchasing an account, without going through evaluation stages, and can start earning from day one
The company has decided to test this model with a limited group - just 200 accounts with nominal balances of up to $100,000 each
That’s potentially up to $20 million in trading capital
The experiment aims to assess demand for this model, how participants trade and whether it’s sustainable from the company’s risk perspective
In my view, it’s a very interesting experiment. And if it succeeds, it could open up a whole new direction in prop trading

DeFi Developer Road Map by @officer_secret brings together the tools, research and practical resources to go from understanding transactions to building and securing onchain applications
The scope is huge:
- Ethereum fundamentals, wallets, gas and EVM internals
- Solidity, token standards and smart contract development
- Foundry, Hardhat and testing workflows
- dApp frontends and wallet integrations
- AMMs, lending, stablecoins and liquidations
- MEV, oracle manipulation and flash-loan attacks
- ZK proofs and privacy
- Security research, audit checklists and hands-on challenges
The useful part is how these topics connect
You can learn how a lending protocol works, study why its liquidations matter, then explore the oracle failures that can break it
Or write a contract, test it, and work through Ethernaut or Damn Vulnerable DeFi to understand what you missed
That's a much better learning loop than collecting another 50 disconnected bookmarks
The project also has support behind it
This isn't a weekend course or a shortcut to calling yourself an expert
It's a resource you can keep coming back to as your skills improve
Pick a section
Build something
Test where it breaks

The expensive part is another year of being “interested in DeFi” without understanding how it works
most people trading Anthropic on Entropy are waiting for the IPO
but i think many still don't know what happens to their position when ANT opens on Nasdaq
the chart will not suddenly fall from around 1,900 to a $100 share price
and the perp won't disappear
here's how the transition actually works
right now, ANTH on @entropyIO represents Anthropic's implied market cap
1,900 means a $1.9T valuation
once the stock begins trading, Entropy will take Anthropic's fully diluted share count from its final IPO documents and lock that number in
the perp price will then follow:
ANT share price × fixed diluted share count
so if the fixed multiplier were 16.2B shares and ANT opened at $115, the Entropy contract would trade around 1,863
not $115
your existing position stays open
one unit of the perp would simply behave like exposure to 16.2 shares in this example
this matters because ANTH already has more than $100M in open interest
a lot of capital is positioning for the IPO
but the trade is still about Anthropic's total valuation, not guessing what one share should cost before the final share structure is known
also, November 13 is not an officially confirmed listing date yet
the price range, final share count and exact debut date are still missing
everyone is watching the OI
i'm watching the moment a private-market valuation turns into a live Nasdaq-linked market without forcing traders to close their positions
that's the real experiment

Equity perpetual futures in the US are finally legal. Today marks the end of an era of regulatory confusion and inconsistency that restricted the products available to US investors, and marks the beginning of a golden age for financial innovation in the US.
Perps, long available outside the US, enabled overnight and off-hours price discovery and simple leverage for any investor. Cutting through many inefficiencies in other asset classes for trading on margin, they have done hundreds of trillions of notional volume. Entropy has listed some of the most innovative perpetuals to date, with a catalog of many single-name equities but also the most liquid and largest Anthropic and OpenAI markets in the world. But until recently, all of this was totally closed to the US.
We’re excited for the age of financial innovation in the US.

I am back today with a new midterms prediction on @Polymarket
My view -> Democrats outperform across the closest races and take control
The outcomes look strongly connected which makes this map especially interesting
This is how I see the election playing out
What does your map look like
everyone is celebrating Entropy crossing $100m in open interest
but the number hides the part i'd pay attention to
roughly three quarters of it is concentrated in one market: Anthropic
that sounds like a weakness
i think it's the clearest sign Entropy found its wedge
most new perp dexes launch dozens of markets and hope incentives make traders care
Entropy did something different
it gave traders liquid exposure to a company they couldn't trade through a normal brokerage account
and one market became large enough to carry most of the venue
that's how strong products usually start
not with everyone using every feature
with one use case people suddenly don't want to lose
the $100m milestone doesn't prove that every Entropy listing has product-market fit
it proves that the demand for a liquid Anthropic market is real
now the more interesting question begins
can @entropyIO repeat the same playbook with OpenAI, PEARL and the next frontier asset that traders can't easily access elsewhere?
if it can, Entropy isn't just building another perp dex
it's building the place where a new market appears before traditional finance decides you're allowed to trade it
that's the part i'd rather notice early
pro.entropy.io/?r=vcdegen
most traders discover funding after it has already started eating their position
Entropy quietly gave funding its own page inside the new Pro Terminal
that may be more useful than another chart
because your thesis can be right while the position still loses money
everyone looks at leverage, entry and liquidation price
almost nobody asks:
how much will this position cost me if i keep it open?
that matters even more on markets like ANTH, OAI and PEARL
these aren't always 20 minute trades
you might be positioning for an IPO filing, funding announcement or another catalyst that takes days to arrive
during that time, funding keeps running
the new @entropyIO Pro Terminal makes it easier to track this separately instead of noticing the cost after closing the trade
and with the positions overview, you can see whether several different trades are quietly turning into one oversized bet
long Nvidia
long Anthropic
long OpenAI
three positions on the screen
but they can all depend on the same AI narrative
this is the part of Entropy Pro that interests me
it isn't just a cleaner trading interface
it's starting to show the information that helps you decide whether a position is actually worth holding
price tells you if the trade is moving your way
funding tells you how expensive patience is
most traders only check one of them

this guy received 894,106 HYPE at genesis back in November 2024, making him the 10th largest recipient out of ~94k wallets

The $100K, $200K and $300K challenges are currently 25% off with PUMPKINSALE
But the scaling caught my attention more than the discount
Meet the requirements on your funded account within 60 days - > get a free 25% capital increase, with a scaling plan that goes up to $1M
That plan is only available on those three challenge sizes purchased during the October 28-29 promotion
There’s also a Stage 1 reward on two-stage challenges: 2% of the profit target, which works out to $300 on a $300K challenge
The offer ends October 29 at 23:59 Dubai time

my finance professor keeps me after class
I expect a lecture about buying Nvidia
instead, he asks:
"if everyone agrees AI is the future, who are you actually betting against?"
that's the more interesting way to look at Entropy
being bullish on AI is easy
deciding which part deserves its valuation is harder
Nvidia sells the chips
Anthropic builds Claude
OpenAI builds ChatGPT
same broad story, very different businesses
with NVDA joining the Anthropic and OpenAI markets on @entropyIO, there's more than one way to express that view
maybe you think the chip supplier captures more value
maybe you think the model companies eventually justify the bigger expectations
or maybe the whole sector is priced for a future that takes longer to arrive
that's what makes this interesting to me
you can agree with the AI story and still disagree with the price
these are perps, so funding and execution matter too
if you had to pick one part of the AI trade for the next year, which would it be?

BTC 1h playbook
BTC is trading near $80.7K after bouncing from $79.5K. The recovery is testing $80.84K resistance: yesterday's high and today's rejection zone. The daily sequence of lower highs is still intact. Our read: a recovery inside a broader downtrend until resistance is reclaimed
Here's how we'll trade the next move:
LONG - breakout and hold
Wait for a completed 1H candle above $80,900, then a retest of $80,850-80,900 that holds on a 15m closing basis. Enter only after that confirmation, while price remains in the entry zone
Stop: $80,680
Targets: $81,030 - > $81,200 - > $81,500
If the retest fails, cancel the entry. No chasing a breakout that runs without us
SHORT - failed breakout
If BTC sweeps above $80,850 but closes the hour back below $80,700, look to short a retest of $80,700-80,750 after a 15m rejection close below $80,700
Stop: $80,950; skip if the sweep high reaches that level or higher
Targets: $80,450 - > $80,150 - > $79,500
Only enter if price returns to the entry zone after confirmation
SHORT - support breakdown
If a completed 1H candle closes below $80,400, wait for a failed reclaim of $80,400-80,450, confirmed by a 15m close back below $80,400. Short a subsequent retest into the entry zone
Stop: $80,650
|
Targets: $80,150 - > $79,850 - > $79,500
Below $79,500, $79,370-79,220 becomes the next downside area. Hold a runner only after a fresh 1H close below $79,500 and a failed reclaim; trail above the latest completed 1H lower high
Execution: risk up to 0.5% of equity per trade, one position at a time. Take 25% off at TP1, 50% at TP2, and trail the final 25% behind completed 1H swings. After TP2, protect the remainder at least at entry plus costs. Skip entries unless TP2 offers at least 2R after fees and slippage. Stops stay fixed; never widen them
No confirmed trigger, no trade. Reassess in 6 hours or after a stop or final target is hit. Reaching a target alone is not a signal to reverse
I trade here with 10k depo - > hashhedge.com?fpr=cryptovcde…
Your Anthropic thesis can be right and your entry can still be expensive
That's why I'd compare execution before choosing where to trade it
Entropy's Oct 26 comparison puts some numbers behind this
Average market-order fill vs mid, averaged across buys and sells:
$10k order
Entropy: 0.09%
Trade.xyz: 0.39%
That's roughly $9 vs $39 away from mid on the same order size, before trading fees
At $100k:
Entropy: 0.46%
Trade.xyz: 1.3%
Roughly $460 vs $1,300
That difference matters when entering a position. It matters again when you need to exit
The depth chart helps explain it
Within ±0.5% of mid, counting both sides:
Entropy: $160k
Trade xyz: $22k
Within ±1%:
Entropy: $305k
Trade xyz: $84k
More liquidity close to the price gives an order more room to fill before walking further through the book
These are medians from 25 snapshots on Oct 26, shortly after xyz:ANT launched. Books change, so check live execution before trading
But in that sample, @entropyIO offered deeper liquidity and fills closer to mid at every order size shown
For me, that's a concrete reason to put Entropy on the screen when trading Anthropic
A price target is one part of the trade
How much it costs to get in and out deserves just as much attention
Everyone talks about where Anthropic will IPO
Before comparing price targets, check what the number on your screen actually means
That's one detail I like about @entropyIO
Its pre-IPO contracts quote company market cap directly
1,000 on the chart = $1T implied valuation
Sounds like a small design choice, but here's a simple example
A company worth $1T with 10B shares has a $100 share price
The same $1T company with 20B shares has a $50 share price
Half the price per share
Same company valuation
That alone doesn't mean anyone lost 50%. The share count matters
And before an IPO, the final share structure isn't always clear
On Entropy, the question is easier to follow:
At what valuation would I long or short this company?
You still need to understand the business, funding and execution
But at least the chart uses the same units as the thesis
Another useful detail: the contract stays denominated in market cap after the IPO
So when the listing happens, 1,000 on the screen still means $1T
It's a valuation perp, with no share ownership or IPO allocation
For me, understanding what I'm trading comes before choosing the leverage
My referral link:
entropy.io/?r=vcdegen
A "$2T IPO" doesn't mean $2T worth of shares are being sold
That distinction matters when reading pre-IPO charts on @entropyIO
Three numbers often get mixed together:
- the valuation of the whole company
- the value of shares sold in the offering
- the money the company itself receives
Here's a hypothetical example
A company lists at a $2T valuation
The offering represents 5% of its post-listing equity
That's a $100B offering, not a $2T offering
And even that $100B doesn't necessarily all go to the business
Newly issued shares raise money for the company
Existing shares sold by employees or investors generate proceeds for those sellers
Same IPO headline, very different implications
This is where Entropy's contract design gives you a useful starting point
Its pre-IPO markets reference company market cap
Each $1 on the chart represents $1B of implied valuation
So a price of 2,000 means the market is implying a $2T company value
It doesn't tell you how much capital the company will raise, how much stock will become available, or how much existing holders will sell
Those details still need to come from the offering documents
Why I find this interesting
A company can reach an enormous valuation while selling a relatively small slice of its equity
And two companies with similar valuations can bring very different amounts of stock to market
That makes "largest IPO ever" a headline worth unpacking before trading
Largest by company valuation?
Largest by offering proceeds?
Those aren't the same claim
What I like about Entropy is having a live valuation market to put next to those documents
Read the terms of the offering
Compare them with what traders are pricing
Then decide whether the numbers tell a consistent story
The perp is still a cash-settled derivative, not shares or an IPO allocation
But understanding exactly what its price represents makes the chart much more useful
