For years, I avoided the Cristiano Ronaldo vs Lionel Messi debate
On social media, it was always constant from different creators but I noticed something
In the beginning, I thought Cristiano Ronaldo had no fans especially on X or they are not courageous enough to come out
I'd come online and be reading comments and just be laughing on how Messi fans were cooking CR7 fan base
In that same period, I saw cooked lies and agenda on Cristiano Ronaldo
While I hate lies and falsehood, I didn't want to join the party
So I had to overlook those lies, if the Roanldo fan base can't debunk it, then that's there problem
A brother of mine just tweeted one day about debunking fake news on social media, that it's getting too much, so, I just took that initiative and started debunking fake news
That was how I started tearing down all fake news until I got to one CR7 post
Algorithm changed and I was debunking all false narratives on Ronaldo
The first thing Messi fans said was 'I am a Ronaldo fan'
They were angry. You are angry that I am going against your lies
If that's the case, you are joking
Of course, I had known their ways already outside social media
So, I started studying them more again online
I have never seen a fan so brainwashed like Messi fan base, and till now I don't understand how
I have debunked some Messi false news, and Ronaldo fans wouldn't flinch about it
They don't even care.... But let me say Messi isn't humble, I have caused wahala
It was after the 2026 FIFA World Cup that they now really show themselves

That was when their telegram group channel they created to report account came out
Nah, that's a devilish act... A lot of people would have lost their accounts on this app, if it wasn't detected early enough
The toxicity in that fanbase, I don't understand till now
They want to dictate to everyone what they should do and who they should stan
Left to Barcelona/Messi fans, football should just be about them alone. Anything anybody else does is false
I will never understand that type of a group who wants to force people against their will

The level of wickedness on this platform is on another level. I have seen lots of Manchester United fans who support Messi. They insult Ronaldo everyday on their page. No one had issues with them. No one reported their page.
But a Barcelona fan decided to support Ronaldo, and other Barcelona fans teamed up and reported his page until they took it down.
That guy has never for once insulted Messi. He respects Messi as his legend. But his only crime was supporting Ronaldo.
On a platform where we are all trying to grow and earn from, you decided to destroy someone else's efforts just because they have a different opinion.
You really think life ends on X? You really want to decide for an adult whom they should support?
