Conviction gets noticed. Today at work, my employees got me a wiener-inspired birthday cake because somewhere along the way I became known as the “Wiener Man.” 😂 That doesn’t happen when you buy a bag, panic at the first red candle, sell 30 seconds later, and move on to the next ticker. When you actually hold something, talk about it, believe in it, and stick around through the ups and downs, people notice. Your conviction becomes part of the conversation.
