A CSS Forum delegation met the Cabinet Secretary on 26 October 2026 at Seva Teerth to discuss key CSS issues, including the 4th Cadre Review, stagnation and promotion anomalies, entry-level recruitment policy, encadrement of eligible posts, deputation opportunities, and e-HRMS reforms.
The delegation sincerely thanks the Cabinet Secretary for his valuable time, guidance, and encouragement.
