In life, nothing happens by chance. Life proceeds out of your intentions for it. Even your intentions before birth. You have a soul. You are much more than simply a body with a mind. And “life” for you extends far beyond the limits of your present physical incarnation.
This lady deserves to win in court. I would not have handled this well. It's legal for the police to terrorize innocent citizens for any reason they want. One does not have to commit a crime to be surrounded by police, people with guns, ready to murder in perceived self defence.

How do we stop this from happening to anybody? With my mouth the police would have executed me on the spot! It is not right to degrade & terrorize innocent people.
Freddie and Navongela Jackson, a Black couple, were handcuffed for trespassing on property they own in Marion County, Florida. A deputy pulled onto their land, demanded ID, and detained Freddie even after he showed his license with the address. Ownership was confirmed minutes later and he was released. Handcuffing people for sitting on land they paid for is not a reasonable suspicion of a crime. It is an assumption that they do not belong there.
