This way of playing is so weird to me. Why do the majority of CoD players not simply enjoy playing the game? Why must there be some kind of number going up outside the scoreboard for enjoyment? Why get camos if you don't like the game? When did CoD become a collectathon?

i think the kaiser thing just speaks to the same overarching toxicity that the editing community just continues to be infested with. the widespread normalization of just shitting on someone’s work in discord channels and twitter just demotivates new editors.
