Recently released a health documentary on this off-kilter lifestyle at a raw primal vitality hippy retreat. You arenβt ready for thisβ¦
Consumer life: Scroll through people traveling, building businesses, and living somewhere beautiful.
Aka: Wake up, scroll, compare, complain, repeat.
Creator life: Build the skills and income to actually experience those things yourself.
Aka: Share what you love, attract people who give a shit, and make a living doing it.
Masks. Vaccines. Breaking news every 12 minutes. Political drama. People arguing over everything.
Back in 2020, the world felt like one giant fear campaign.
And I remember thinking⦠what the fuck are we doing?
I could keep consuming all this negativity, getting pissed off, and arguing with strangers online.
OR I could actually CREATE something useful.
So I started sharing what I genuinely cared about.
Natural health. Nutrition. Fitness. Testosterone. Men's vitality. Soil. Mindset. Freedom.
I took that frustration and transmuted it into something positive. Content that educated, challenged people, made them laugh, and occasionally pissed a few people off. π
I kept showing up. Experimenting. Learning what worked. Finding my voice.
Six years later, that decision has helped me build:
= A personal brand reaching millions of people across social media (15 million this past month on Instagram alone).
= A coaching business helping hundreds of people improve their health and lives.
= Partnerships, speaking opportunities, and friendships across the world.
= Retreats and an off-grid sanctuary in Guatemala where I get to actually LIVE what I talk about.
All because I started sharing what I gave a shit about.
And I want to help you do the same.
That's why I created Vital Camp.
It's my community for health coaches, wellness creators, and entrepreneurs who want to turn their knowledge into content, clients, income, and genuine lifestyle freedom.
Inside, I'll personally help you learn:
= Content creation: Hooks, storytelling, Reels, carousels, writing, and making content people actually care about.
= Organic social media growth: Build an audience that trusts you without buying ads or becoming another AI-generated influencer.
= Personal branding: Find your voice, niche, message, and the people you're here to serve.
= Business & sales: Build offers, price your coaching, attract clients, and make money helping people.
= Holistic living: Nutrition, fitness, mindset, habits, and building a life that feels damn good outside your phone.
You'll also get 100+ video lessons and courses, weekly live coaching calls with me, direct community support, feedback, challenges, and resources.
I've seen coaches charge thousands for programs covering many of these same skills.
I'm making this accessible for $88/month.
Because I know how powerful it can be when somebody gives you the right guidance before you've wasted three years trying to figure everything out alone.
And frankly, I want more conscious, capable humans making a living sharing valuable information instead of another generation of people doomscrolling their existence away.
You don't need 100K followers to begin. You need something worth sharing, a willingness to learn, and the life force to start creating.
Imagine using social media to build a business that eventually lets you spend LESS time on social media. That's a pretty beautiful little loophole. π

Day in the life of a spiritually unemployed jungle fairy who survives on raw cow and divine feminine energy.
Pain is so normalized weβve built an entire industry around numbing it instead of asking WHY itβs there.
Back hurts? Pop a pill. Gutβs wrecked? Another pill. Body falling apart at 30? Must be aging!
MAYBE investigate the root cause before silencing every signal your body sends.
βLearn from people, celebrate them and STAY inspired but stop treating another person's light like it's somehow dimming yours.β
Competition is such a funny concept when you really think about it.
You come into this world with your own body, mind, gifts, experiences, and strange little quirks that make you YOU.
Then somewhere along the way, society convinces you to measure your entire existence against another human who has lived a completely different life.
What the silly goose are we even comparing?
Someone else's money, physique, relationships, or success has absolutely nothing to do with your ability to create a beautiful life.
Learn from people, celebrate them and STAY inspired but stop treating another person's light like it's somehow dimming yours.
The only competition worth entertaining is with the version of yourself that keeps making excuses.
Be so fully yourself that comparison is pointless.
Imagine thinking your bodyβs anabolic potential comes down to how many grams of protein you shove down your throat.
Some days Iβm fruit-maxxing. Some fasting. Other days itβs raw meat, eggs, fats, or more carbs. I cycle through foods based on appetite, activity, and HOW I feel instinctively.
Thatβs the philosophy behind my Untamed βDietβ.
But what about your DIGESTIVE POWER? Nutrient absorption? Deep, restorative sleep? Sunlight, movement, hormones, stress, and the thoughts you entertain all day?
You can eat 200g of protein and still recover like shit.
I care about the holistic anabolic environment. How well you nourish, digest, recover, THINK, and actually LIVE.

Protein is a psyop. Or at least the obsession with shoveling 200g down your throat every day is. π
Iβm ~188lbs, lean, strong af, training hard 2β3x weekly, and barely scratching 100g of protein most days.
Been living this way for YEARS with impeccable energy.
Meanwhile, dudes are weighing every chicken breast, slamming 4 protein shakes, and stressing because they missed their daily macro target by 17 grams.
Brother, relax. Let your balls drop.
Protein matters. Of course. Especially for maximizing muscle growth. But your body is FAR more complex than a calculator on MyFitnessPal.
Factor in sunlight, deep sleep, mineral-rich raw life force foods, qi-building movement and breath, meaningful relationships, sensual healing intimacy, semen retention, not stressing over stupid shit, and actually enjoying your epic human existence.
That anabolic mindset matters. Your mental state influences how you train, recover, and show up daily. Mind > matter literally.
Iβve built a WARRIOR physique without making nutrition a full-time numbers // accounting job.
Maybe your next gains come from sleeping eight hours and enjoying the blissful nature of your unique experience.
Craft your healthiest physique in 90 days with relentless energy, better hormones, digestion & a body that feels VITAL
I work with you 1:1 to ditch recycled fitness BS & build a simple primal lifestyle that lasts

Every relationship is an exchange of giving and receiving.
The way you treat others says a LOT about the relationship you have with yourself.
Want more love? Be loving.
Want more assholery? Be an asshole.
Want honesty? Stop hiding behind half-truths.
Want deeper connections? Learn to actually listen.
Want respect? Give it without demanding it.
Walk around judging everyone, gossiping, complaining, and being a doucheβ¦ donβt be surprised when your relationships start looking like a circus.
People reflect the energy, habits, and expectations we bring into their lives.
Of course, being kind doesnβt guarantee everyone will return it (some people are just assholes π)
But you get to choose what you give, what you tolerate, and who gets access to you.
Look at the relationships youβve built.
What are they teaching you about yourself?
βNot everything that feels spiritual comes from the lightβ
I was at a local store here in Topanga when I ran into a guy Iβd met a few weeks earlier at the farmers market. We started chatting, just a casual conversation, until he casually mentioned something that caught my attention.
Me: What are you up to today?
Him: I have a ceremony at my house.
Me: What ceremony?
He looked at me confused, almost surprised I even had to ask.
Him: Ayahuasca.
Me: Oh, okay. Interesting.
He calls himself a shaman, pulled up in a Tesla, and had a massive scarf wrapped around his neck.
Iβve worked with countless people who came to me feeling unsettled, disconnected, and sometimes even haunted by something.
In my experience, almost all of them had done ayahuasca at some point, and many felt their lives started declining afterward.
I would never recommend anyone mess with this stuff.
The seeker who believes heβll find the answers through a drug that opens him up to a spiritual realm may not realize what heβs inviting in.
I believe darkness can attach itself in these spaces, especially when someone enters them out of desperation, looking for healing or answers.
Not everything that feels spiritual comes from the light.
Many such cases.
Be careful with the New Age stuff. Thatβs all I can say.
The real Halloween horror? Blasting your eyeballs with 5,000K LEDs and fluorescents with WiFi signals at 10PM and wondering why you canβt sleep.
Your circadian clock responds to light intensity (lux), color and timing.
Dim the house. Warm incandescent bulbs, red light, candles. Low LUX light energy. Donβt trick yourself itβs daytime.
Let nighttime ACTUALLY look like nighttime.
