Three steps to performing well under pressure:
1. Calm your nerves with positive self-talk and deep breaths.
2. Face your fears, be brave, and embrace the challenge.
3. Focus on the task at hand and give your best effort.

Toughness is all about what it will take to break you. What does it take to make you give in?
Having toughness is what helps you be disciplined to do what you are supposed to do - when you are supposed to do it - the way it is supposed to get done. -Nick Saban

DISCIPLINE IS A WAY OF LIFE
This entire clip from Coach Saban is pure gold. Discipline is everything. Every player should watch this clip understanding how they do drills in practice, how they warm up, or do anything is a mentality. It can't be turned on or off.
