Take a look at our latest residential scheme. The scheme proposes 40 new homes, designed to sit comfortably within the surrounding area. Careful attention has been given to layout, proportion, and streetscape, creating a cohesive group of homes that respond to their context.

This proposal reworks and extends the house, bringing new life to its character while creating a more cohesive home. The new addition fits in seamlessly alongside the building, while inside it opens up the ground floor, connecting rooms more naturally and improving the flow.

A new residential scheme that blends traditional character with contemporary living. The proposal explores a traditional architectural language, considering proportion, detailing, and layout to create homes that feel well-established within their setting.

A close look at some details from a current project. Thoughtful design moments help shape how the spaces come together, from the way areas connect to how the home is experienced as you move through it. Decisions that add depth, character, and continuity throughout the design.

Natural light shapes how a home is experienced, influencing how spaces feel, function, and connect. Thoughtful openings allow daylight to move through a home in a way that feels harmonious. A reminder that great design comes from understanding how light works in a space.

Take a look at how this home has transformed. A traditional layout was reimagined into a contemporary open-plan space, designed to feel lighter and better suited to modern living. A project that shows how thoughtful design can fundamentally change how a house is experienced.

Planning permission secured for this two-storey extension. The proposal transforms the rear of the house, opening up the ground floor to create a generous space that connects more naturally to the garden. Balancing the character of the existing home with a contemporary touch.

A new chapter beginning in North Wales. The design introduces a completely new traditional-style home on the plot, shaped around natural light and thoughtful proportions. Work is now underway on site, and we’re excited to follow the next steps as the home begins to take shape.

Seeing this home before and after really shows how much difference thoughtful design can make. The zinc-clad extension gives the garden elevation a clean, contemporary look, while the internal layout brings in more light and a much better flow between spaces. #Architecture

Every home begins with a conversation about how the family lives, how spaces connect, and how light moves through the rooms. This rear extension is designed with balance in mind, allowing natural light to fill the spaces and create a sense of calm and connection. #architecture
