Adults that belittle or put down High School and College student-athletes, regardless of the sport, need to step back and breathe. These athletes are giving their best effort. No student-athlete wants to strike out with bases loaded, it is not the coach's fault, pitchers will give up hits, and allow walks and home runs at inopportune times, here is a secret, every sport has a winner and a loser. We judge athletes solely based on their performances, they have lives and family off the field of play. I witnessed a high school tournament game where adults were screaming at teenagers. Involved vs ENGAGED! The adults are not competing, they are spectators. #sports
