HELP SAVE TOLUWA’S LIFE Some of you may not know Toluwa. Modurotoluwa Adefowoju is a bright, loving, and courageous 16-year-old girl who is fighting for her life against Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), an aggressive form of blood cancer. Toluwa’s journey began in 2023 when she was initially misdiagnosed with JSLE (Juvenile Lupus). For over 13 months, she underwent treatment for the wrong illness before the true diagnosis was discovered. After weeks of tests, hospital admissions, chemotherapy, and countless blood transfusions, Toluwa was finally diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She endured several painful rounds of intensive chemotherapy and spent long periods in the hospital fighting to survive. After months of treatment in India, Toluwa eventually went into remission and returned home to Nigeria. Sadly, just three months later, the cancer returned. On August 11, 2026, tests at the Marcelle Ruth Cancer Centre in Lagos confirmed our worst fear: Toluwa had relapsed. We immediately contacted her lead oncologist, Dr. Dharma of BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital in New Delhi, India. His recommendation was urgent and clear: Toluwa needed to return to India immediately. Because the leukemia has returned after her initial treatment, chemotherapy alone is no longer enough. Her doctors have recommended an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), which is currently her best chance of achieving a lasting cure. Unfortunately, this procedure is not available in Nigeria, and Toluwa is now back in India receiving the specialist care she desperately needs. Her first five-month treatment journey cost approximately $50,000 USD, completely exhausting our family’s financial resources. WE NEED YOUR HELP The estimated cost of this second phase of treatment is approximately $70,000 USD. This covers her emergency admission, intensive treatment, bone marrow transplant, and post-transplant recovery. Your donation will help cover: Bone marrow transplant, donor testing, and cell processing High-dose salvage chemotherapy and specialized targeted medications Blood transfusions and intensive medical monitoring Post-transplant isolation and recovery care Other urgent medical and supportive care required throughout her treatment Toluwa is only 16 years old. She has already endured more than any child should have to, but she is still fighting. We are asking for your help to give her another chance at life. No amount is too small. Every donation, every share, and every prayer brings Toluwa one step closer to receiving the treatment she needs. Please donate. Please share. Please help us save Toluwa’s life. gofundme.com/f/save-toluwa-u… 2373597035 Adefowoju Zenith 0123560466 Adefowoju Sterling

Help save Toluwa's life Our hearts are heavy as we share the story of my younger sister Modurotoluwa Adefowoju, a bright, loving, and courageous 16 year old girl whose life has been turned upside down by acute leukemia. She was initially misdiagnosed in 2023 with JSLE (Junior Lupus) and spent over 13 months treating the wrong disease. Just a few months ago, Modurotoluwa was full of laughter, dreams, and plans for her future as a Cybersecurity expert. Today, she is fighting for her life. After weeks of tests and hospital stays, she was diagnosed with a severe form of blood cancer, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, that requires urgent and intensive treatment. She has endured countless rounds of painful chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and long days in the hospital. Her doctors have now recommended that she undergo a bone marrow transplant the only hope for a lasting cure. Unfortunately, this life saving procedure is not available in Nigeria. Our family has been advised to continue treatment and proceed to India for advanced care and transplant. The total cost of treatment, travel, and recovery is estimated at $70,000 far beyond what our parents can afford. Through all of this, Modurotoluwa has remained incredibly brave. She smiles through the pain, prays for healing, and dreams of returning to school and living a normal life again. Please join us in this fight for Modurotoluwa's life. Some of you may remember my sister and the difficult journey we shared with you when she was battling leukemia. Through your prayers, kindness, and generous donations, we were able to get her through that very difficult period. We came back to you with grateful hearts to say thank you because, together, we believed we had won this battle. Unfortunately, we are heartbroken to share that the leukemia has relapsed. This is not an easy message for us to write. We had hoped that chapter of our lives was finally behind us, and having to ask for help again is something we never imagined we would have to do. But right now, our family needs help again. Her treatment has to continue, and the financial burden is far beyond what we can bear alone. We are therefore humbly asking you, once again, to stand with us. No amount is too small. If you are able to donate, please do. If you cannot, we sincerely ask that you share this message, say a prayer for her, and help us reach someone who can. We know we have asked before, and we will never take your previous support for granted. Every donation, every repost, every prayer and every kind word helped bring us this far. We are asking for your help once more because we still believe she can beat this. Please help us fight this battle again. May God bless everyone who gives, shares, prays, or supports us in any way. Thank you for standing with our family. ❤️ gofundme.com/f/save-toluwa-u… 2373597035 Adefowoju Zenith bank 0123560466 Adefowoju Sterling bank
