ALT The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 2 years experience assisting in a talent agency with a comprehensive knowledge of casting directors and provable experience within an agency or casting. • Strong organisational and administrative skills including computer literacy (ideally PC) Knowledge and proficiency in Tagmin and Spotlight • Knowledge and experience in reviewing and giving notes on self tapes. • Handling negotiations and contracts. Excellent communication and time management skills, being able to appropriately prioritise effectively Experience and confidence in liaising with clients, casting and industry professionals. • Proactive, friendly, calm, problem solving, collaborative approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
