Democracy means having to negotiate how to run a first world country your ancestors built with people who’ve never run a first world country.

The solution is to have a Federal government so small it hardly matters who is in charge.

The exit isn’t red or blue.
It’s orange 🟠.
The fact that voters are universally saying their #1 issue is the economy while markets are basically at all-time highs is the single worst omen imaginable for the future of American capitalism as we’ve known it
The good news is someone already built you an exit for this exact moment

Everyone needs to study this map like it's a military campaign. This is where we fight. This is where Democrats lose. Every one of these states has a Republican trifecta where our own party is in control of every branch of government, our own voters dominate by huge margins, and yet our Leftist enemies are running the political machine at every layer. It's time to organize. It's time to stand up and fight. We are going to drive them out. After the midterms, this is the next battle where we spend the next 18 months fighting to seize control of our own territory and to consolidate and seize power. We need to get this machine up and running and flip the cash flow to build a serious right-wing patronage network based on shoving out Leftist sinecures and reconquering our homeland.
We can start by running the Chris Rufo playbook of taking over deep Red states with a Republican trifecta (there are 23? of these). Recently I was traveling in a deep red state government building and I saw photos or Senator Bernie Sanders Communist from Vermont on the wall. We are not even in control of our own territory due to a lack of cohesion, organization, and due to Boomer passivity.

all human progress has come from this pose: staring into the open mouth of the unknown that is threatening to swallow you, but instead of trembling and backing off, maintaining your posture, making eye contact, and walking forward. the most romantic of all poses

Memorization has an unfairly negative reputation. I recently spent a few hours memorizing the names of all the countries in the world and it's such a clear improvement in how well I can understand and reason about other topics. Memorization is scaffolding for more complex ideas

The White underclass is a miracle, and probably why the West has succeeded.
Thomas Frank wrote “What’s the Matter with Kansas” to explore why poor Whites don’t vote for socialist policies that would (narrowly, in the short-term) benefit them. Of course he concluded it was about racism, as he was predetermined to do by his ideology.
But I actually think he highlighted an incredibly important fact: poor White Americans, uniquely among underclasses globally, don’t vote for socialism.
The typical dynamic is rich people trying to keep what they have and poor people trying to take it. But the American lower-class White does not behave this way, because he has a deontological aversion to government interference. The collection of attitudes and beliefs described as “rugged individualism” are often assessed in terms of how they impact the individual, but I think it’s much more important to consider how they impact a nation.
(White) America has the world’s least resentful or grasping underclass. This is a treasure. They should be preserved and rewarded. Many might be net-negative fiscally in a narrow sense, but they are hugely net-positive if you consider their votes. Trump famously said “I love the poorly educated.” He was right to say this. Every nation has an elite. No other nation has such a high quality of virtuous common people.

Hear me out, we let DC become a state, cede NoVA to DC so it can become a square, and then re-unite Virginia and West Virginia.
It keeps us at 50 states, and makes Virginia red again.

3. American lineage, for multiple generations.
4. Race realist.
