Hi @Leic_hospital it appears that your phone lines are not working. Tried the main switchboard and multiple departments direct and line just drops before connection. Have tried using different phones and calling non hospital numbers to test.
You might want to investigate asap.

How is @parcelforce aka Parcel Farce still operating!? An Express 24 delivery is already 48HOURS late! ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
Had I known the company I ordered from used PF, I would have taken my business elsewhere due to previous bad experiences.
Moral of the story..DO NOT USE @parcelforce โ

Hi @NissanUK Have been without my car since Weds and youโve yet to provide a courtesy car! Iโve now lost time & money as a result. The call centre is atrocious and very unhelpful. Can you please sort this out. Your reputation is on the line here! Thank you.

๐คฏ I know car insurance has gone up a bit butโฆfrom ยฃ300 to nearly ยฃ1k (no claims etc) is pretty scandalous! ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธClearly @tescobankhelp donโt want the business anymore. Time to use all the tricks @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp has taught us! ๐ท

Listened to this live earlier. Even more emotional watching it back. I never met Steve but he was a huge influence on me and many others in the industry. A true perfectionist.
