My grandma taught me the incredible power of compounding. 30 years ago, she invested $7,000 in a fund earning 11% annually. This year, she finally withdrew her money. Those $7,000 had turned into $160,000. 🤯 30 years. No trading. Just patience. Time in the market is everything.

My 2030 price target for $NBIS is $3,000 per share. Here’s the math behind my valuation: • 5 GW of active compute capacity • $25M in annual revenue per MW • $125B in annual revenue • 25% net margin • $31.25B in net income • 30x P/E multiple • ~25% share dilution That’s roughly $3,000 per share. And here’s the most interesting part. My $25M annual revenue per MW assumption is extremely conservative. Nebius is already signing long-term contracts around $20–25M/MW, while short-term pricing can reach $40–50M/MW. AI demand is growing exponentially. Physical infrastructure takes years to build. That imbalance will only strengthen the pricing power of companies controlling compute capacity. Nebius isn’t just building data centers. It’s building the foundation of a trillion-dollar empire. $3,000 per share is my target. Execution is the final piece.

Everything $IREN CEO Daniel Roberts said was bullish. • The market is worried about higher borrowing costs. Yet when $IREN talks to customers, nothing has changed. Demand remains incredibly strong. The disconnect between market sentiment and industry fundamentals is enormous. • Pricing per MW continues to increase every single month, with no signs of slowing down. • Demand for $IREN’s 2027 capacity is so strong that the company could sell several times the capacity it expects to bring online. • Customer discussions for 2028 are already underway. • A major priority in customer negotiations is maximizing the portion of the buildout financed through customer prepayments. Now look at $IREN’s share price. The stock has collapsed while demand keeps accelerating, pricing keeps rising, and customers are increasingly willing to finance the infrastructure themselves. The business is getting stronger. The stock is getting cheaper. This is exactly the kind of opportunity I’ve been waiting for.

$SPCX earnings were incredibly bullish for $IREN, $NBIS, and $CRWV. And somehow, some investors managed to interpret them as bearish. Elon Musk revealed that SpaceX expects to bring 13 GW of compute capacity online by the end of 2027, potentially reaching 20 GW. Some investors now believe SpaceX could single-handedly satisfy the entire market’s demand for AI compute. This couldn’t be further from reality. Elon himself said: “I do not think we are going to have a demand issue here.” “We could rent out our compute several times over if we said yes to everyone.” And there’s another crucial detail. SpaceX expects to allocate approximately 50% of its compute capacity to training and inference for its own AI models. Only half of that enormous capacity would be available for external cloud customers. And here’s the part that makes the bearish argument even more ridiculous. Elon is literally planning to move data centers into space because he believes Earth won’t be able to accommodate the compute capacity AI will require. The man planning to bring 20 GW online is already thinking beyond Earth’s capacity to support AI infrastructure. And some investors are worried about oversupply. The opportunity ahead for $IREN, $NBIS, and $CRWV is absolutely enormous.

Marc Boroditsky, CRO of $NBIS, stated that Nebius has 1 GW worth of Vera Rubin GPUs coming in 2027, with significant demand already in place. That’s potentially $20–30B in additional annualized revenue. Many investors were surprised by this statement. They shouldn’t have been. Arkady has repeatedly made it clear that 2027 is the first year Nebius plans to deploy 1 GW of additional capacity. The long-term ambition is to accelerate that pace to 1.5 GW, potentially even 2 GW per year. 1 GW in 2027 isn’t the ceiling. It’s the starting point. $NBIS is preparing to scale at a pace very few investors fully appreciate.

The S&P 500 is dangerously close to losing its 125-day moving average. The last time this happened, in March 2026, the index quickly plunged another 10%. Losing this critical support could trigger a much deeper correction. And the warning signs are everywhere: • AI infrastructure companies need to raise hundreds of billions of dollars at increasingly expensive interest rates. • The war in Iran is far from over, and the risk of escalation is growing. • Inflation continues to rise, putting additional pressure on the economy. I believe we’re approaching the final major correction before the biggest phase of the AI boom. The next phase is when neoclouds and hyperscalers begin turning their massive infrastructure investments into explosive revenue and earnings growth. $NBIS $IREN $CRWV $META $AMZN $ORCL The AI revolution isn’t slowing down. Infrastructure is being built, demand continues to explode, and monetization is just getting started. Keep cash ready. Don’t chase. Take advantage of the fear. The next major sell-off will create generational buying opportunities

Tom Lee believes AI stocks are bottoming and we’re approaching the final stages of the selloff. He’s expecting a powerful rally after the midterms. “I think this is the window where investors can buy things because the market is going generally risk-off, but I think post midterms the market’s going to rally broadly and very strongly.” The two biggest forces holding the market down: • Tight debt markets. • Uncertainty surrounding the war. Not deteriorating fundamentals. The AI investment cycle is nowhere near its end. The productivity revolution has barely begun. The fundamentals remain intact. The selling pressure is temporary. This is a coiled spring waiting to explode higher.

$META is down 8% today, and investors are completely overlooking one of its biggest opportunities. What $SPCX is doing with AI compute, $META can do too. And the market is assigning virtually zero value to this possibility. SpaceX is demonstrating just how insanely profitable selling AI compute capacity can become. Meta has the infrastructure, the capital, and the ambition to pursue the exact same business model. Zuckerberg has repeatedly discussed the possibility of renting out excess compute capacity. There have already been talks with Anthropic. And the scale of Meta’s infrastructure buildout is staggering. Back in January, Zuckerberg said Meta was planning to build tens of gigawatts this decade, and hundreds of gigawatts or more over time. This is not some distant, imaginary opportunity. Meanwhile, investors are panicking over: • Potential dilution following the introduction of Class C shares. • Negative Q3 free cash flow. • A $25B New Mexico judgment that I expect to be substantially reduced on appeal. All while Meta’s core business continues to deliver exceptional results. Q3 revenue grew 26% YoY, making it the fastest-growing companies in Big Tech. Meta already operates one of the most profitable advertising businesses on the planet. Now consider the possibility of adding an entirely new business selling AI compute to external customers. The market is valuing $META primarily as an advertising company while ignoring the possibility that it could also become a major AI cloud provider. The optionality here is absolutely enormous.

$ORCL is getting ridiculous. Down 65% from its all-time high. Trading at just 19x earnings. Sitting on a staggering $664B backlog. $ORCL is trading well below its 200-week moving average. Over the last 17 years, this has happened on only 4 separate occasions. Every single time, the stock reclaimed its 200 WMA within weeks. And there’s more: • Larry Ellison abandoned his planned sale of 50M shares after the stock dropped roughly 30% from when the plan was established. He clearly wasn’t willing to sell at these prices. • $ORCL has completed its $20B ATM program. The dilution overhang is gone. The valuation is compelling. The technical setup is historically rare. The dilution overhang has disappeared. I’m extremely bullish on $ORCL at these levels.

The imbalance between AI compute demand and supply keeps widening. Just look at the payback periods reported on recently signed contracts. During Q2 earnings: • $IREN reported payback periods of approximately 2 years. • $NBIS reported just 22 months, down from roughly 3 years previously. During Q3 earnings: • $SPCX revealed payback periods of less than 12 months. Elon Musk went even further, suggesting payback periods could shrink to just 6 months in 2027. These numbers are extraordinary. AI adoption is exploding, and new compute capacity simply cannot come online fast enough to satisfy demand. And this is happening despite massive improvements in token-generation efficiency, which are dramatically reducing the compute required to generate each token. The gap between compute demand and available supply is only going to widen over the coming months. AI infrastructure economics are getting stronger, not weaker. Incredibly bullish for $NBIS, $IREN, and $CRWV.

Jensen Huang $NVDA just explained why AI is not a bubble. We’re still in the earliest stages of a self-reinforcing ecosystem that will only grow stronger. The AI flywheel is incredibly simple: More compute → Better AI → More usage → More revenue → More compute. And the foundation of this entire flywheel is infrastructure. That’s exactly why $NBIS, $CRWV, and $IREN are so critical. They’re building the infrastructure that makes this entire cycle possible. As AI becomes more powerful, demand for compute accelerates, driving even more investment into infrastructure. This is a self-reinforcing cycle that has barely begun. The flywheel is already spinning. And there’s no turning back.

Some of my favorite stocks to buy right now have one thing in common: Their insiders are putting millions of dollars of their own money on the line. • $SOFI — CEO Anthony Noto bought $2.25M at $17.29. The stock now trades at $14. • $GRAB — CEO Anthony Tan bought ~$30M, while the COO bought another ~$900K at $2.89. The stock now trades at $2.80. • $NBIS — Board member Arne Grimme bought $50K at $169.99. The stock now trades at $165. • $ORCL — Director Stephen H. Rusckowski bought $3.48M at $139.35. The stock now trades at $126. Every single one is now trading below the prices insiders paid. Insiders can sell for a million different reasons. But they buy for one reason. They believe their stocks are going higher.

My 2030 price target for $NBIS is $3,000. Here’s why. Nebius expects to have at least 5 GW of active compute capacity deployed by 2030. And the economics are getting stronger: • Annual revenue used to be around $10M per MW. • Long-term contracts are now closer to $20–25M per MW. • Short-term capacity can reach $40–50M per MW. And this is far from over. The imbalance between AI compute supply and demand is expected to keep widening for at least another 18–24 months. For 2030, I’m assuming $25M (conservatively) in annual revenue per MW. 5,000 MW × $25M = $125B in annual revenue. Now comes profitability. AWS currently operates at ~40% operating margins, implying an estimated net margin of around 30%. At scale, I’m modeling a 25% net margin for Nebius. $125B revenue × 25% = $31.25B in net income. And the growth won’t stop in 2030. Management expects to add at least 1.5–2 GW of incremental compute capacity annually. From a 5 GW base, that’s another 30–40% in annual capacity growth. A company generating over $31B in annual net income while expanding capacity at that pace deserves a premium valuation. I’m assigning it a 30x P/E. $31.25B × 30 = ~$940B market cap. I’m also factoring in approximately 25% additional share dilution by 2030 to account for the massive capital required to fund this expansion. That brings my price target to approximately $3,000 per share. A nearly $1 trillion company by 2030. And potentially still growing capacity by 30–40% annually. The market is massively underestimating what Nebius is building.

$META is still the best buy among the MAG 7. Excluding $NVDA, no other MAG 7 company is growing revenue faster. Q3 revenue: +26% YoY. $META’s biggest competitive advantage is distribution. 3.6 billion people use Meta’s platforms every single day. Nearly half the world’s population. Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are the three most used social platforms in the world. While other AI companies spend billions acquiring users, Meta already has direct access to billions of them. And with Muse gaining traction, this advantage is becoming even more powerful. Other AI companies are fighting for users. $META already has them.
