One thing marriage has taught me is that sometimes people don’t need me to fix what they’re going through. They just need me to understand it.
And that applies to parenting, coaching, and leadership too.
Sometimes being present means more than having an answer.
As a father, I want my kids to have opportunities I didn’t have.
That starts with being intentional today about their financial future, while making sure I’m not neglecting my own.
The goal isn’t to give our kids everything. It’s to give them options.

Leadership doesn’t mean always getting it right.
As a father, coach and leader, I’m learning that admitting when I’m wrong doesn’t weaken my authority. It builds trust.
Leadership starts with our own example.
