Most companies we talk to put themselves at ~2.5 on this spectrum. Starting to add cruise control... if they're lucky, there's lane assist on a few workflows. Agents alone don't get you to self-driving, but a promptless system like @ArrowsHQ does. It feels nothing like what people have experienced so far (just like Waymo felt the first time).
This is correct. The vast majority of enterprise workflows have not actually had agents applied to them in any meaningful way. The economy probably has this deployed < 1% right now. At best you have a few automated systems in a company that do a single pass of an LLM to make a decision or provide feedback, but very little real “automation”. Some of this is a statement about the adoption rates of technology in enterprises, but the vast majority of it is really just due to the capability of AI itself. That’s all changing. Now with computer use, long running agents, harness improvements and surrounding infrastructure, we’re finally at a point where we can start to apply agents at more complex workflows. We will see self-improving systems that can take any particular workflow goal and improve the execution rates over a volume of instances. And with the emerging form factor of agent swarms, you can just choose to deploy any amount of compute at a problem and agents will off and do the work. This won’t be about and users prompting agents to complete a specific task for them, but instead the organization reengineering the underlying workflows to take advantage of agents in their processes. This will have a massive impact in finance, life sciences, healthcare, and other information-heavy domains. Lots of opportunity to build and deploy these systems right now.

Our team calls this Promptless AI. Already live today for sales teams who use @ArrowsHQ… we built the entire product around the idea.
One of my more controversial bets: the AI feed will be the form factor of 2027! Most people don’t know what to prompt, and they won’t prompt their way into complicated agentic workflows. With chat, we ask users for digital labor: figure out what AI can do, explain the task, provide the context, repeat. That’s a lot to ask if we want billions of people using agents every day. Meanwhile, people already spend hours in feeds. Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. They know how to scroll, discover something useful, and act on it. An intelligent system that knows you should bring you the next useful action. Here’s the email you need to answer, already drafted. Here are the latest sales numbers, with an update ready to send to your team. You approve, edit, dismiss, or jump into chat to go deeper. That’s how people will discover what agents can do, without having to invent a prompt first. And you can put ads in a feed, one of the biggest business models on the internet. A system that understands your plans can recommend a relevant restaurant, product, or service, clearly labeled as sponsored. You get a reason to come back every day, useful work ready to approve, and a business model to fund the agents doing it.

If there was a sound that felt like a gift - the gift of getting your time back, what would it be? Watch Starling's case study for the audio identity we created for Arrows to find out! Congrats on the launch, and thanks for a great collaboration @danielzarick!

There's only one thing your sales team needs to learn this week... the future is promptless. Arrows does the work for your AEs, without them asking. Bring any CRM your team already uses, your AI notetaker, and your email account. It's magic, and it just works.

Yesterday @Salesforce announced Hunter. All my brain heard was "Big Buck Hunter"... So today, meet Big Deal Hunter. You play as “Marc” shooting emails to get big deals into your pipeline. 📧 Maybe @Benioff will top the leaderboard?? arrows.to/big-deal-hunter/

A little walk and talk to celebrate that @danielzarick and team have launched the new arrows.to today! Couldn’t be happier for the team and genuinely pumped to see this get to market. *should note a sponsored post! (but I do work with them)

One of the horrible realities you learn as someone who makes stuff is there is a surprisingly large cohort of people who buy your thing and never do anything with it… never read the book, play the game, use the app, drive the car.
The Sultan of Brunei’s collection is widely regarded as the largest private car collection on Earth. Around 7,000 cars worth an estimated $5 billion, including multiple McLaren F1s, Ferrari 250 GTOs, custom Ferraris, 600+ Rolls-Royces, 361 Bentleys, and countless one-offs that most people have never seen

Keep going... Our modest Rails app and team of 3 engineers keeps humming along, shipping features for customers. In a timeline full of "$100MM ARR overnight" hype, we're enjoying the journey of keeping at it for the long term. Four years and counting!
Today we're reintroducing Arrows... with a new website, a lot of customer stories (more coming 📹), refreshed positioning, and a LOT of product launches coming soon (with some teasers on the website 👀). The Arrows team has been so focused on building a great product and working with customers that we let the website, brand, and product marketing fall a bit far behind the reality of what our customers felt about us. Since "I Love Happy Customers" is a well-worn mantra (and they're the only ones who matter)... we felt the best thing to do would be to put those happy customer front-and-center across the site. Check out the new Arrows and maybe you'll consider becoming another one of our happy customers! 🎉 arrows.to

“I don't know what you guys have done to me. I feel like I'm in a cult. I'm like shouting about Arrows... I love this tool. Everyone needs to love it the same amount as me. I've never felt this way before with a vendor, like, ever.” – got the best clip from our CS team today 🤗

The story l've been eager to share for two years: Arrows powers @HubSpot global customer onboarding program. HubSpot accelerated customer activation by 30%, improved activation by over 7%, AND their onboarding reps save ~15 hours per week. Tons more to do!

Liquid Glass is a really interesting redesign from a business perspective It'll likely open a ~2 year window where native iOS apps are strongly differentiated against cross-platform (React Native etc.) apps, and I think more teams will feel a stronger pull to develop with native APIs again It looks fussy but will temporarily re-establish some of the high status feel of iOS
Good luck recreating this in Figma lol

Big launch day for us, but it's hard to explain the app I work on (arrows.to/) to devs Mostly since we built heavily around HubSpot and engineers hear CRM integration and they just "nope" right out... Much easier with a diagram: Arrows sits between HubSpot and customers as a collaboration layer. For anything where internal teams and customers need to work together (sales rooms, onboarding, client portals, etc), use Arrows. So we build customer-facing tools and then do a bunch of magic with webhooks, APIs, and the HubSpot platform to push and pull all kinds of data into the tools that sales reps and CSMs are already using.

You are your own worst enemy. You waste precious time dreaming of the future instead of engaging in the present. Since nothing seems urgent to you, you are only half involved in what you do. The only way to change is through action and outside pressure.

Which apps are your must-haves for running GTM? How well do they connect to HubSpot? We’ve found it’s impossible to create a seamless experience for your customers when your tech stack is disconnected.

IMO Arrows has one of the most fun playgrounds for a marketer right now. There’s so much opportunity & we’re barely scratching the surface. So we’re hiring a Head of Marketing 🙌🏼 👇 More below… Come build amazing customer enablement tools that have real impact on the businesses of our customers. Our favorite line is “I love happy customers” (hell, our t-shirts even say it and we own the domain) because that’s what we’re in the business of making—our own customers and by extension their customers. This marketing person gets to come in and build upon our already great marketing and really help us take it to the next level. We don’t pull from standard playbooks. There’s no playbook in the HubSpot ecosystem or in our nascent product category. We’re writing it as we go. And we have an enviable position in the HubSpot ecosystem, with momentum building. It’s going to be a lot of fun to see what we do with this going forward.
