Big day: MindMax has raised $3.3m to build an AI tutor that matches, then exceeds, a human one. Helping a billion people learn what they need to thrive is one of the great untapped opportunities of our time. We're starting with professional exams. Grateful to @ConceptVC_ @tedcooke and everyone backing us.
We've raised $3.3m to get people into their next job 🥁 With thanks to @ConceptVC_, with @RedriceV, @Daybreak_Fund and @LererHippeau, and angels @RagaMaria1 and @torstenreil. #AITutor #Raise

We 30x'd our qualitative user feedback in 3 months. No surveys. No calls. One change 🧵👇

The result: 30x more qualitative feedback. 1 in 10 of our daily users gives us feedback every day. It's like running user interviews all day without booking a single call.

This is INSANE 🤯 Opus 5.5 is a whole other level. Schools are truly cooked. Opus 5.5. one-shotted a video to explain why flashy explainer vids are completely irrelevant to learning outcomes

Want your agent skills to improve with each use? Add a Kaizen section. The idea is simple: have your agent note what went wrong while executing a skill, suggest improvements, and update the skill for next time. Like great human teams, agents can improve through retrospectives: reflect on the work, then improve the process. Steal this: ## Kaizen This is a self-improving skill. Note any issues encountered during the run and opportunities for improvement. At the end, suggest changes that would improve future runs. Discuss them with the user and, upon confirmation, update the skill.

📖 This book changed my life It wasn't written by a great philosopher or Nobel laureate. It wasn't meant to be life-changing, and probably went mostly unnoticed by the world. It was a Basic programming book my dad got me when I was 7. 🧵

The funny thing is, I never considered programming a "real" profession back then. I was focused on becoming a musician (that's a story for another post). But when the opportunity eventually presented itself years later, that dusty book had already opened up a whole new world and a career.

When was the last time you let your kid teach you something? This week, my 12-year-old daughter taught me a choreographed dance. 💃

By letting her lead, I saw her confidence grow. And I experienced the joy of stepping into her world, instead of always asking her to step into mine. That was the best part.

Too often, parents dismiss their kids’ hobbies because they don’t fit the “serious” or “useful” mold. But what if, instead, we joined them? This might have been my favorite #52learningweekchallenge yet.
