🚧Kloof Road is on track to reopen by mid-December 2026. Most work to stabilise the damaged embankments and upgrade stormwater infrastructure is complete. Road repairs are now the focus. The road remains closed until work is finalised.

MISSING SIBLINGS: LESRIEN AND PETER FILANDER
Lesrien Amelia Filander and her brother, Peter Filander, also known as “Pieterkie”, are missing after travelling from Worcester to Goodwood, Cape Town, on 10 October 2026 for a reported work opportunity involving cellphone sales.
The siblings were last associated with accommodation along Main Road in Goodwood.
Their current whereabouts remain unknown, and the family is increasingly concerned, particularly because Peter reportedly has a serious medical condition requiring attention.
