- 30% of the staking rewards go to fees

Easy access, but you pay for it.

The US just approved perpetual futures on single stocks.
Same day, the regulator got sued 👀
Citadel and Cboe back the lawsuit. They say these products belong to the SEC, not the CFTC.
So for now: approved, but already in court.
🇺🇸 BREAKING: The CFTC has been SUED for approving stock perpetual futures that allegedly belong to the SEC.
The lawsuit, backed by Citadel Securities and Cboe, argues the contracts are really swaps, not futures, and wants them blocked.
It was filed in a New York federal court the SAME day the CFTC approved perpetual futures on individual stocks for US exchanges for the first time, per CoinDesk.
The American Securities Association's CEO says the CFTC "sidestepped the SEC's jurisdiction and Congress' ban" on selling these contracts to retail investors.

The Binance money first left from a hot wallet. Quick explainer:
Hot wallet = online, so withdrawals can go out fast.
Cold wallet = keys kept offline.
Exchanges usually keep only a small part hot.
Same logic works for you: spending money hot, savings cold.
Datavault AI, a public company, admitted it couldn't withdraw its own $BTC from an exchange since June.
