We confirm that all issues with Databiology ID have now been resolved and service is fully restored.
The issues encountered with Databiology ID are due to errors on the backend of auth0 @auth0status , one of our identify federation partners. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
We are aware of an issue with the Databiology ID services causing some users not to be able to login to their Databiology instance or other Databiology Services. We are investigating and will send an update soon.
