I can’t believe how poor the service I am receiving from @virginmedia is. Been struggling for 2 months with broadband upgrade. Hours wasted on the phone waiting for and talking to call centre. Feel like I should sue them for disrupting my work.

I just suffered really terrible service at the hands of @Adobe that, even though legally correct, was extremely unkind, and feels like a rip-off. They have made an uncustomer for life. And now, I have written a tweet about it, and feel about 2% better :):(:)

I would agree Brian, because my beliefs may be familiar to yours. But unfortuately, that is the nature of ideologies. They affect everything.
