This might be the best sequence of Sixers basketball I've seen in recent memory. Euphoric. Whatever you're doing, stop for a minute to watch this. Trust me. 🔥👇

I cannot wait till Dem primary voters kick his genocidal shorts-wearing slobbish ass out of Congress in 2028.
John Fetterman's had a 108 pt drop in his net approval with PA Dems since 2023. His net rating is -40 pt net approval with them. His net popularity with his own party is worse than all senators who lost a primary this century. There's no historical analog to his unpopularity.

immigration is not an issue. it simply does not cause a single problem. it does not matter at all who lives where. there is nothing you can say to convince me otherwise. there is no need for ICE. everyone involved and every supporter of this vile bullshit should be punished.

I like how we are supposed to look at the pretend electoral results of an imaginary moderate candidate instead of the actual results for a moderate candidate like 14 months ago lol
Democrats are doomed if we nominate a far-left candidate in 2028. Dive into the data with us. 👇

Elon’s goal is not efficiency or shrinking govt, it’s to consolidate power. No accident that he is systematically targeting the agencies that were trying to investigate or regulate him (NLRB, CFPB, Labor…)

MLK Jr. was a socialist. He was right and the elites in both parties refused to listen. After his death, they stole his image and used it to betray his true message. With the second inauguration of President Trump, we are no longer approaching spiritual death. We have arrived.

At a moment like this, you have a choice: you can blame the people for their votes or you blame the elites that created the conditions that produced those votes. All the liberal talk about the failure of the American people is just elite self-exculpation.
Seems like half the Democratic Party wants to dissolve the American people and get a new one. Not convinced that blaming the voter is the right way to climb out of this hole.

I don't like to tweet about the news, but this is just too much. I'm the doctor who wrote the recent @nytimes piece about what American healthcare workers saw in #Gaza. The @WHO reports today that Israel has banned five American aid agencies from working in Gaza. Israel gave no reason, but are all organizations with Arab leaderships. This is the easiest way to win important votes in a close presidential election in history: @POTUS and @VP should publicly announce that until the ban on American aid agencies is reversed #Israel will not receive American military aid. Simple, easy, literally zero security concerns involved, and what American law clearly requires.

As I have pointed out many times before, people like seeing Dems fighting the right. Not sure why the Dems don’t it more often. Forget all the bipartisan ‘I’ll have a Republican in my cabinet’ BS and just ‘drag’ them and have Walz bring back the ‘weird’ charge.

If you're curious about Walz's record on labor and consumer policy in the past six years, here's a summary
BREAKING: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz will be the Democratic VP candidate, alongside Kamala Harris. Walz forged a reputation as a Governor who makes good policy happen. Last year he signed a law guaranteeing free breakfast and lunch for all Minnesota students. And that's not all 🧵

What a side by side
Much of Congress will boycott Netanyahu's speech tomorrow. Hundreds from across the US — IDF veterans, Holocaust survivor descendants, more — have come to DC to demand a ceasefire & arms embargo. Spoke to them — and a Republican who says they're pro Hamas. theintercept.com/2024/07/23/…

The Democratic "elites" got here long after the voters. What the debate did was to make it impossible for them to ignore what the voters already believed. I take nothing away from those who wanted Biden to stay in. Everyone here was acting in good faith, under difficult conditions. But the voters were clear all along — they were just being denied a real choice of candidates or real information about Biden's capacity to campaign. The debate broke that, and that fractured the unity of the elites, and moved more of them towards the position that voters had long held. nytimes.com/2024/07/21/opini…
