God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved. – Ephesians 2:4-5

The people who voted for the gold toilet guy want you to know that the Obama cheesecake factory comments were elitist.
We eat at Cheesecake Factory occasionally, even though I live on the East Coast.
But the decor is definitely tacky and over-the-top.

Right wingers lose an election without calling it rigged challenge: IMPOSSIBLE
It does help that he was only in his 50s when he left office and that he’s *still* the most popular politician in the US by a good margin.

The factoid that '50% of marriages end in divorce' was kinda true decades ago.
But the divorce rate peaked in 1980.
Now, less than 40% of all marriages since 2000 end in divorce.
For college graduates, it's under 30%.
For college graduates who get married after age 25, and who don't have any kids before marriage, it's under 20%.
Anybody promoting the outdated, deceptive 50% rate has some kind of anti-marriage or anti-natalist agenda.
It scares young people away from getting married and having kids. That is their goal.

I’m not at liberty to share all the details, but suffice it to say that many people rejoicing over this have given a completely incorrect rendering of what occurred and why.
ICE did not come to his home. This whole thing is a paperwork issue that they’re working to resolve.
Samuel Sey is a good man. As you can imagine, his wife, who’s at home with their 3 babies, is devastated and also trusting the Lord to help them find a resolution quickly. Please pray for all of the Seys. Pray for wisdom and provision.
Those celebrating because they don’t like something Sam said are slanderous backbiters and gossips. Pay them no mind
I’m sorry, but most leftists are just stupid.
When it’s someone they know, they say he’s “a good man” and give him the benefit of the doubt.
But when it’s just some working class Spanish-speaking husband and father, they say, “I voted for this.”

“Anyone rejoicing over his and his precious wife’s difficulties in this situation is disgusting” should apply just as equally to the rest of the families who are detained and deported despite being good family men and women.
But you know as well as I do that it doesn’t.
I can’t divulge details at this point, but I have spoken to people close to my friend Sam Sey, and this is not a question of any deliberate law breaking. Anyone saying otherwise is not telling you the truth. And anyone rejoicing over his and his precious wife Annie’s difficulties in this situation is disgusting.

Abuela deported after decades sitting in her kitchen in East LA making tortas: deviant criminal, definitely had it coming.
MAGA Evangelical on the dock for deportation: not a criminal, just a clerical error, totally doesn't deserve it.
This is a cult, man.

Do yourself a favor and read these comments.
Might be the best comment section I’ve ever seen
The future of American Christianity are large minorities of both evangelicals/Pentecostals and Catholics, scattered pockets of small traditional Protestants (both evangelical and mainline) and a majority that’s explicitly secular (think Canada, the UK, and Sweden).
“women who are insecure about giving up control over their lives to their husbands”
Have you seen Gen Z Christian men, particularly on social media? Many of them absolutely should *not* “control” their wives. They can hardly control themselves.
