Donald Trump functions as a Russian asset, and the entire GOP is going along with it. Their legacy is their complicity - vote them out.

Judge Carter in rejecting the Trump Justice department's argument in the California ballot case: "The case is about the right of every American citizen to vote in a free and fair election. Never before in American history has the federal government, on the even of an election, sought to coerce a state and local government to abandon their own Constitutional election procedures."

There were two types of uniforms at the White House Halloween celebration this Thursday: American and russian Soviet uniforms featuring the hammer and sickle.
I don’t know if Americans realize this, but Soviet symbols are banned in many European countries that were formerly under Soviet rule.
The Soviet regime was responsible for immense suffering, mass deaths, famine, deportations, torture, and concentration camps. Its crimes were comparable in scale and brutality to those committed by the Nazis.
For many people who lived under this regime, or whose families suffered because of it, seeing the hammer and sickle is as horrifying as seeing a swastika or a Third Reich uniform.

WEEKS of faux outrage that Biden left behind people who supported us in Afghanistan. Trump literally sending their family members back there will be (at best) a one day story.

New at @CBSNews - Separate from the classified leaking allegations against Lt. Gen. Authoritarian thugs, led by Todd Blanche and Harmeet Dhillon. Utterly inappropriate, done for chilling effect and to lay the groundwork to declare the legitimate outcome as illegitimate.
BREAKING from @VotebeatUS : Four days before Election Day, the DOJ is sending letters to election officials nationwide warning of criminal prosecution for failing to preserve election records.
The move comes 1 day after a federal judge warned that DOJ threats “must stop.”

I've spoken with several private investors and executives who jumped into the defense innovation boom -- and tech leaders building the future -- and they're all paying close attention. Not just pending investigations into Hegseth, but the Trump family and all recent DOD business.
If their party flips the chamber, Democrats on the House and Senate Armed Services Committees are planning wide-reaching investigations into the US war with Iran and lawmakers are coalescing around Hegseth as their top target.
“He is the lowest hanging fruit because of the animosity that seems to be both from Republican and Democratic senators and staff,” a Democratic aide told CNN. “He is going to be investigated."

Justice Dept says cost of new seawall at East Potomac Park will cost between $150 million and $400 million
Judge: Who appropriated money for that?
Justice Dept says no one did.

Peltola in Juneau per colleagues @taureansmall & Seiji Yamashita:
"You guys all, I just feel like I'm dodging bullets left and right. You know, just you know, with all the nonsense. And when did the New York Times become the National Enquirer? Inquiring minds want to know. "
Ownership, with an option on secession, with Russia's help. That's what he's expecting.
My latest for @WIRED : Musk has enjoyed a cozy relationship with top Texas officials for years. Now he's also the biggest single donor to Paxton and Abbott's campaigns. What's he expecting in return?

She could have personally gone to his house and encouraged him to run and it would not have been a crime. This story is being blown completely out of proportion and the only thing media coverage is doing at this point is sowing more confusion and interfering in the election.

Trump lives for revenge. What might a GOP House and Senate decimated by an anti-Trump Tsunami do during the lame duck to get even with Trump? To have a future, the GOP has to tear the Trump band aid off and take the pain. A lame duck impeachment trial might just fit the bill.

The Republican Party has done this kind of thing hundreds of times for many years using dark money PACs. It’s part of their standard playbook going back decades. Their largest donor has also given out $1 million bonuses to voters. But two Dan Sullivans in AK is the crime of the century because Dems are held to a much different standard.
