We're asked to conserve water and the drought, but this leak at 301 Depot Street has only grown over the past two weeks. Time to repair it @CLTWater ?
Fireworks for this: Charlotte FC is ending the requirement that season ticket holders buy a "personal seat license," or PSL, before they can buy season tickets. PSLs have been a major complaint of current owners and a barrier to selling more. Charlotte FC was alone with PSLs.

Out today: My third story in @whqr's 3-part series "Rising Waters," examining the growing problem of high-tide flooding - sometimes called "sunny day flooding." It's worsening with sea level rise due to climate change. whqr.org/local/2024-08-28/ri…
A theme of my recent @whqr series on climate change and the NC coast was rising sea levels. Jennifer Allen of @Coastal_Review reports on a new analysis for the NC Coastal Resources Commission showing the Atlantic could rise 1-1.4 ft by 2050. coastalreview.org/2024/10/sc…
