How the hell do you get in touch with @asda @Georgeatasda @AsdaServiceTeam? No web form, the e-mail address just gives an auto response sending you to the same web page that only has a telephone number and a link to a bunch of defunct twitter accounts?

For anyone finding this tweet looking for a solution. I had AI generate me a list of possible e-mail addresses including all of their executive team. Every one of them bounced except [email protected], which resulted in a ticket being created and actioned.

Well, Home Assistant's Sankey diagram leaves a lot to be desired when you start adding devices, but the first thing I've learned is that my microwave and tumble dryer are both consuming £7 of power per year when "off", so that'll pay for the £6 smart plugs I've put on them.

Is it just me or is #Ludwig deliberately blurring the left and right of the screen in quite an unnatural way, not related to depth of field, even if there's action there? Seems to be every scene of every episode; this is just an example. It's very distracting, whatever it is.

@IKEAUK Here is a dreadful flow you need to fix. Stand in-store checkout and buy a £5 voucher w/ points. Scan checkout code at the terminal. See it didn’t apply the voucher you literally just bought. Try and go back in the app so you can scan it. Blocked until checkout complete.

No way to go back or access any other part of the app even if you cancel checkout at terminal. Try to explain to staff what an IKEA point is and how I got a voucher. Give up and force quit the app. Now I’m allowed to see the code. Scans fine.

As if Thread/Matter wasn't a shit enough experience already, @IKEA haven't bothered to implement binding in the Bilresa scroll wheel (despite that being the obvious use case), and once it's on a Matter fabric, direct (non-Matter) pairing via 4x click doesn't even work either?

Alternative explanation for the latter point: IKEA haven't learned from the years of complaints over how difficult it was to put their Zigbee devices into pairing mode, and I haven't yet found the exact cadence required for the 4x click.

Why do @OctopusEnergy keep pretending that 16 kWh is some fantastical infinite amount of energy that is "enough to light up a stadium"? A washing machine load takes 0.75 kWh, a tumble dryer load takes 5 kWh. 16 kWh is nothing, especially with batteries. Is this free limit new?
