Not doing the Great North Run tomorrow. I’ve done my fill (5). But I’ll be at the end managing the @TheSCT VIP tent for all our heroes. @NewcastlePhysio will be providing the VIP ‘Rub Down’ and we will welcome all of our 103 runners back home. Good luck to all & drink plenty H2O
Honest, tough to watch, mature, transparent and incredibly strong. Take 40 mins to watch this. I love football and expect a lot from pro players but you never know what’s going on! Superbly handled by @GNev2 Dele: "Now is the Time to Talk" youtu.be/LyDL9EUIdy0 via @YouTube
This made me cry m.youtube.com/watch?v=X-FzLM… I’m walking the equivalent of a marathon (4 rounds of back to back golf) next Wed (21st) to raise money for this incredible charity. Men of 50+ please get checked and if you want to help me then spare what you can justgiving.com/fundraising/t…
Just reminiscing on last nights (seasons) result and what it means. Having endured misery beyond comprehension but never giving up hope. Sport is both utterly cruel and hopelessly beautiful. 🖤🤍🖤🤍❤️
Loved having you there and involved.
Excited to be part of a collective ambition to #generate more music opportunities for young people in the #NorthEast. Today was amazing! 🤩

Well that was sensational! Absolutely loved it. What a story! Go see, go see! @dancecity Lovely to meet a very calm @RChappellDance also. Congratulations on the premiere!
Not long now until Hot House comes to Newcastle! A passionate response to the political climate set to a score influenced by Chinese, Indian & European classical music bit.ly/HotHouse23

Thank you to Stuart Young for donating festive treats for our families to enjoy while staying at Crawford House. They were all greatly received and very much appreciated!
