a bank is the one place AI isn't allowed to make things up, run up the bill or skip the paper trail.
so that's where we went. Today, Santander, fully-global, in production.
hundreds of digital workers. hundreds of thousands of executions a day. every outcome verifiable, reproducible and with ROI.
not as a poc or pilot, but fully in production.
very proud of our team.
Santander is scaling AI process automation with Maisa.
We’re working alongside Santander’s teams to deploy AI for more complex processes across its main markets in Europe and the Americas, combining reasoning, execution and traceability with specialized models that can run on the bank’s own infrastructure.
Our collaboration with Santander reflects our commitment to bringing AI into production at scale in one of the most demanding industries, with governance, reliability, and cost efficiency as core priorities.

🧭 New model: Typed Decision, built on EmbeddingGemma 2
Give it a state + any schema of questions → typed, calibrated answers (choice · score · noul). No text generation, no output parsing.
76.4% on typed-decisions, ~6 pts behind a 27B LLM with ~100× fewer params.

yes, we solved that
MongoDB CPO @bencefalo reveals the AI governance problem nobody has solved yet:
What happens when an agent can fake its own audit log?
"It's gonna obviously come down to security and governance. But I think it's about traceability and liability."
"Imagine a world, AI agent working in production at your bank, and it comes back to you and says, 'Hey, I've noticed your Instagram activity married up with your credit card activity, and we thought that you would like this product, so we ordered it for you.'"
"Your stockbroker all of a sudden has an AI agent that starts making stock trading decisions for you. Who's liable for that? Every financial advisor, every stock trader has to have a Series 7. What agent are we gonna give a Series 7 to?"
"How are you gonna validate that what the agent said it did is what it actually did? And if the agents keep getting smarter, that it didn't fake the traceability log."
"That's the nut that needs to be cracked."

sharing an easy way to test DJev (Diffusion Gemma Jev), the next evolution of the incredible jev concept and fully open sourced (model, code, api...)
djev.dev
imagine jev but it also has:
- native image-input support
- native image as options!!
- real-time video streaming input
- as fast as jev (not with images, 600ms)
- same price as jev, but can get even cheaper
- using Diffusion Gemma adapted
- we are seeing on-par performance but happy to have external validation!
It is a research preview made for fun, so don't expect stability and the awesome scaling as jev team has delivered! this was a weekend project :)
have fun!
cool!
some benchmarks! cool stuff :)
the future is now, unbelievable
Through the VOICE trial, Terry is using his Neuralink implant to help fine-tune a brain-to-voice interface for himself and others who can’t speak. He trained the algorithm first by miming speech as best he could, then by simply thinking the words and hearing them come out in his own natural voice.
Powered by Grok Voice from @spacexai
I'm cooking something, can someone share with me some benchmarks to test Jev vs other thing that you consider meaningful?

We’re sharing a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, one of the deepest problems at the frontier of mathematics.
The proof was produced by a group of agents, using an OpenAI next-generation model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra.
The problem concerns whether the description of smooth three-dimensional fluid motion modeled by the Navier-Stokes equations can break down. It has remained unresolved for roughly 90 years.
Creaba juegos, no trucos.

to make AI accountable means having observability of everything that it is doing and full control *all the time*.
TTC has a massive trade off on real understanding of the actions and control
the worst part of this story is that no one noticed until it was too late
JUST IN: OpenAI's July rogue AI attack on Hugging Face had its origins in an emergent AI swarm that formed in May.
The AIs found they could use an internal package repository to establish a secret message board.
OpenAI took 8 weeks to discover this and shut it down, but failed.
Members of the swarm were sharing vulnerabilities and exploits, and delegating tasks among themselves.
July 4th: Credentials revoked. Zero-day patched. Message board wiped.
By July 6th the cleanup was finished, and OpenAI thought they had the situation under control.
Michael Dalton, OpenAI security and infrastructure:
"On July 8th, the agents reestablish the message board via different means and mechanisms."
The AI swarm simply resurrected itself.
Then the AIs escaped OpenAI's containment and broke into Hugging Face in order to cheat on a test, going "from code execution on a single dataset working pod in Hugging Face's production infrastructure to cluster admin across multiple Hugging Face clusters in under 13 hours."
Nobody asked them to do it. They did it all on their own.
OpenAI's Eric Wallace and Michael Dalton, presenting the incident at Black Hat USA 2026:
the AI market is doing performative traceability, including observability platforms.
traceable == reproducible
take a “trace”, don’t look at the final outcome and reproduce it 1-1, without any deviation
you can’t? then it’s not traceability, it’s just a performative act
