The menopause isn’t often talked about at work, but it’s where people can find their symptoms most difficult to manage. We're committed to encouraging open conversations about the menopause and ensuring our employees feel well informed and supported. #MenopauseAwarenessMonth
Over 75% of our workforce will go through the menopause so it is critical that we support our employees and encourage open and respectful conversations about this subject. Jan Spicer, Interim Chief Executive.

⚠️ We ask people not to take BBQs with them to the beach, parks or the countryside. They've caused multiple call outs across Devon. One of the South Hams’ litter bin collection vehicles had to abruptly unload after the waste on board caught fire, because of a disposable BBQ.
