Two out of four candidates for Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner want to abolish the post. Which should I vote for to increase the chances of that happening?!

Huh? X just required me to change my password and then asked *me* why I was changing it!

Was just moaning to myself about an email that arrived two hours ago saying my contact lenses had been dispatched and would be here in 2-3 days when then dropped through the letter box!

It’s great to see Cloudflare taking a look at GraphQL security! Currently their implementation doesn’t support requests that use fragments (and as I’ve said many times: if you’re not using fragments then you’re probably not doing GraphQL right); but exciting nonetheless!
Starting today, Cloudflare’s API Gateway can protect GraphQL APIs against malicious requests that may cause a denial of service to the origin. cfl.re/3J7UszO

Interested in seeing Corda 5 running on Kubernetes? I've authored this blog post showing you how you can get a local cluster set up in less than 10 minutes... #kubernetes #corda #dlt lnkd.in/ggNitent

Obviously @fivetran has decided that the reason I'm not responding to their spam is because it was in the wrong language

I'm starting to think the @Vitality_UK Prime deal is a con. It requires 160 health points a month, but you're capped at 8 per day and 40 per week. That means in February that you have to be particularly careful how you spread the points in the partial weeks at either end.

I'm back on the market! Or whatever left from it. Looking for DevRel and community/product/project manager roles in open source and open ecosystems. Interested in sustainability, CI/CD, cloud native or embedded systems. Available from March or so 🫡 github.com/oleg-nenashev/ole…

I find it intriguing that, according to @haveibeenpwned an email address that I have never used but is on one of my domains and does get a lot of spam, has been involved in 5 data breaches versus my main address which has only been involved in 1!

Tempted to enter @OvertonHarriers Coombe Gibbet to Overton race solely on the basis that they are giving the medal budget to local foodbank instead

What better way to start 2023 than sharing what you learnt in 2022! The call for papers for two of my favourite conferences close next week. If you have something interesting to share about #ApacheKafka check out Kafka Summit, and for #Java and wider tech talks @DevoxxUK
