Good luck #SpineLegends
As a kid there were few things more exciting than having friends over. For me #bm100 has become the equivalent - showing people my home mountains & having fun all night(s) long. Welcome y'all. We're gonna have a good ole time.🙂(w/ some friendly competition) 😉 #scheduledtweet

They’ll need to pack in as much sleep and as many calories as they can to recover ready for tomorrow’s stage.

The Final Episode is now live!
It's the final throw of the dice for the remaining runners as sleep deprivation and exhaustion takes it toll. Freezing temperatures grip the cheviots providing one last obstacle for those trying to stay ahead of the cut off.

Irene Kinnegim has taken 3rd place overall in the Montane Winter spine Challenger North the hard way.
Irene had been in 3rd position for a long time and had a massive space behind her. But Irene had to dig deep to clear the Cheviots hold her place by a matter of seconds.

Word in from Greg's Hut is the views out are stunning and Hannah and Fanny (current female joint #2) are in unbelievably high spirits. We don't know if they will team up yet but right now just loving racing. Plenty of time for that to change.
