A painful family disagreement has reportedly erupted between late gospel singer Toluwanisings' father and his wife over where he should be buried. While his father wants him laid to rest at his house or taken to Ikirun, where his late mother was buried, his wife reportedly prefers a cemetery in Ibadan. Speaking with deep emotion, his father explained that he lives in a rented single room in Ikirun but insists that if his son cannot be buried at his home, he should be brought to Ikirun and laid to rest in his own father's house, just like his mother.
