Nobody will tell you this but you can just be unsafe with guns, nothing happens, I point one at my head all the time and instead of nagging lectures the absurdity of life actually cheers me on, and every time I pull the trigger I wake up at age 6 in my back yard having gained an existential sense of self and by the end of the day I forget it was all just a dream, only to slowly feel the tepid yoke of memory pull at my shoulders long past the opportunity to changed my life, stuck in the flat circle that is time.
I stopped caring about the 4 rules of gun safety when I got yelled at for looking down the barrel of a disassembled pistol that I was cleaning. That’s when I realized it was more dogma than practice.

The "Middle Class" was a 50-year fluke designed to prevent a communist revolution during the Cold War. Now that the threat is gone, the elites are systematically dismantling it. You aren't "falling behind"; you’re being pushed back into the peasantry.

"Retirement" was invented by Otto von Bismarck in 1889. He set it at age 65, when the average person died at 45. The state never intended to pay most of you. It was a promise designed to keep you docile until death reclaimed you before the bill came due.

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The NYT article does not conclude Adam Back is Satoshi Nakamoto; it presents circumstantial evidence but states it is inconclusive and reports Back's repeated denials. nytimes.com/2026/04/08/bus… x.com/adam3us/status…

🔥 Thailand locals reach breaking point. In Thailand, the lack of respect for local culture and the growing sense of economic exploitation have fueled public resentment of Israeli’s. After months of enduring Israeli tourists snatching his restaurant’s tissues, condiments and other items without permission, hogging seats without paying, and constantly skipping lines, Bob reached his breaking point and decided to no longer welcome them. Having worked all his life in the hospitality industry, he had never come across such behavior by visitors to the island. Each time he tried to intervene, he was faced with a wave of negative reviews hitting his establishment. “After I asked one group of Israeli tourists to leave, I received more than 4,000 bad reviews my restaurant’s rating dropped from 4.8 to 2.2 stars. It’s now been corrected, but that experience was really frustrating”. Over the past few months, such incidents have been increasingly highlighted by the locals, who started to record and share them on social media. In May, an Israeli woman went viral after a Koh Phangan restaurant employee requested that she leave for not respecting the establishment’s rules. The employee could be heard saying: “You’re not welcome here,” to which the woman replied: “My money builds your country.” “They have very distinct characteristics as customers, like bargaining hard or being quite rude and demanding,” Tan- another hospitality worker said.
