Notion AI is great for asking questions against a db. Getting it to write from the answers or from any data pulled from other sources has been frustrating 🧵

At @Netlify Agent runners we've experimented with model capability and reasoning effort, and how output quality affects activation and retention. Quality is king. If users can’t trust the result, they stop coming back.

I suspect cost is getting too much weight relative to quality. If that’s the tradeoff, it’s a mistake IMHO.

So I checked the model selector. “Auto” balances speed, effort, and cost, but I can’t tell which model it used. Auto is fine. Give me visibility.

Then I asked about another area, with the numbers and properties to consider. It dropped one property because a different section only had one.

I gave it numbers and asked it to articulate an opportunity. It read a lower completion rate as a smaller opportunity. In this case, lower completion means more we’re losing today, and more we could win.

Spent too much $$ on domains. Everyone is still very excited an we can't stop working on our projects. Super interesting to see the kids use AI to build these! Got some great feedback from everyone for @Netlify Agent Runners 😛

Real hackathon with snacks, stickers on our laptps, and everything. Quote from the 11 yo "We should do this more often". I couldn't agree more.
Family hackathon this weekend powered by @OpenAI Codex and @Netlify Agent Runners! Nothing more fun than building as a family. Let's go @deepbane

Somehow a soccer or basketball game on a weekend feels long, but a 4-hour swim meet? So much fun, and it flew by.😛🤷🏻‍♀️

An AI agent made our dinner reservation for tonight. The first of many, I hope. Thank you @plunchete for automating our chores 🎉

"The beginning of the end for syntax and structure". Having lived through @stackbit and the rise of agent-driven building, this resonates deeply.
2026 predictions from @biilmann: ✨ True Computer Literacy, Agent Experience (AX), pipelines + sandboxes as the new bottleneck, and the early beginning of the end for syntax-first software.✨ biilmann.blog/articles/predi…
