this one kind of fascinates me a bit because its true; when i was 15 and doing my best to navigate an import site to buy IIDX 8th, 9th and 10th CS, i did feel like i was a ghost haunting a space that wasn't intended for me which was a bit of a thrill

it was never really clear how we were expected to play, and there was never a "right answer", which also felt like a contradiction to "music is for everyone". it probably shaped how i write music, including my rhythm game songs. i think we're all ghosts that haunt arcades
the more ive worked on these games the more i understand the other side of the tennis court more; and it gets harder for me to defend the western scene since ironyposting just resets the sisyphus boulder
its like watching someone pick at their scabs and then complain it hurts
