2026 - 7 games. 2 sacks, 7 solo tackles. Trade for a first and a third and be done with this and just go full rebuild already. Raiders need a stud WR and still need to continue to improve the offensive line.

Had the Raiders on the money line yesterday, so I've dropped to 4-4 on the year. Liked the Chiefs as well, but no bet, so not counting that as a loss. Brings me to tonight's game. Two teams both underperforming expectations. No Jalen Hurt, but Eagles get Barkley back, and I'm not entirely sure Tanner McGee is a downgrade. He'll likely do pretty decent against a soft Dallas defense. I'll take the 4.5 points and the Eagles. Not sure if I'll make it to the casino to get the bet in though. Depends on whether the wife is in the mood for Mexican food or not.

Here is my post from over a month ago, when I predicted pretty much exactly this. Unfortunately, 4-7 is more likely at this point, than the 6-5 I had hoped for. Remember, Raiders were dead last, last year, so this is a rebuilding year. Only 3 wins all of last year, they'll certainly have more this year, starting with a wake-up game against the Jets next week.
In the first three games of the 2025 season, the anemic Raider offense scored 9, 13 and 24 points. In 2026, they've scored 27, 26 and 35. The Raiders have a brutal stretch of 8 games coming up. They will likely be the favorite in only 2 of those games. If they can manage to go 3-5 during that stretch, they'd be positioned at 6-5, with several winnable games to close out the year. No question, the Raiders have much better coaching, the offensive line isn't a joke anymore, and win or lose, they will be competitive this year. Definitely, finally heading in the right direction.

I still like the Chiefs today, but my bet will be the Raiders on the money line vs the very injured Rams today.

Trust me, it's not that glamourous. I still have the trauma from seeing a 300 lb black lady open her legs while fitting her for a size 11 shoe.

Vegas/Henderson Issues: Since our "journalists" here in Vegas never seem to give out the details, let me do it for you. There was a double murder in Henderson yesterday. Tons of police we ran into over in Lake Las Vegas, but the crime happened in the seedy part of Henderson. Here is a picture I found of the arrested suspect and the apartment area where the crime happened.
