Bromley Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Karl Robinson as the clubโs new First Team Manager on a long-term contract โ๏ธ
Welcome to Bromley, Karl!
I'm just not sure what they're expecting this to achieve. All one possible positive result on Friday does anyway is kick the can further down the road. All those above and behind the manager are ducking whilst he gets it full in the face. It's not helping anyone. #dcfcfans
I know the turnaround before the next match is tight, and perhaps there's a curveball in his presser tomorrow, but they've missed an opportunity for an easy win (metaphorically speaking) to unite the fanbase ahead of Friday, perhaps pairing a club legend with a coach. #dcfcfans
I would say Iโm surprisedโฆbut the longer todays gone on I had a funny feeling it was heading this way. #dcfcfans

For many reasons an announcement was never going to be made last night even if a decision had been made. It wouldโve been a memorable birthday present for JE if Clowes had pulled the trigger. I would say maybe theyโll have a board meeting but thereโs no board really. #dcfcfans
Iโve listened to some strange Eustace post-match interviews over the last few weeks, and maybe Iโm not sure what I expected him to say in the circumstances, but even by his standards heโs outdone himself there and not in a good way. #dcfcfans
I can understand why people inside and outside the club wanted it to work and to be loyal, however too many have been defending the indefensible for too long. Surely tonight is unsurvivable. Itโs been clear for ages if you wanted to see it rather than ignore it. #dcfcfans
Sadly, just like a number of our other older players, Hedges picking up an injury was only a matter of time. #dcfcfans
Normally look forward to a night game but all I feel is apathy. Back-to-back wins is the only way to give us a chance of getting out of the bottom 3 ahead if the break, which also depends on other results. A really tricky run of games after that whoeverโs in charge. #dcfcfans
2 wins would change the mood, for a couple of weeks at least, but the problems run far deeper and anyone who thinks that everything will smooth out and itโll be progression up the table is probably misguided. #dcfcfans

Sheffield Wednesday Football Club can confirm that an agreement was reached last night for Dave Challinor to become the club's new First-Team Manager.
The 51-year-old will be in attendance at today's fixture against Blackpool at Hillsborough.
The club looks forward to formally introducing Dave to supporters on Monday, when further details of the appointment will be announced.
Do not keep telling me that no other manager would be able to do any better with this exact group of players and circumstances. Not just today, every match this season. People keep saying it but I just donโt believe it at all. #dcfcfans
Itโs also worth saying that just because something has happened once, i.e last season, doesnโt mean it will or should happen again. Late and questionable recruitment. Slow starts. Injuries. The list goes on. This seasons league, in many ways, is a very different animal. #dcfcfans
Doesnโt seem to matter who we play there, itโs no surprise so many sides target our right-hand side. #dcfcfans
Found the whole academy player debate quite interesting this week. Not sure Eustace is helping himself by using the fact he played Harrison Armstrong and Liam Thompson when he arrived and played Bobby Clark and David Ozoh both last and this season as examples. #dcfcfans
