After 14 years on Twitter - yeah, Twitter, not *X* - I've decided to put this account to sleep. You'll find me @bluesky. My handle there is @dermedientyp.bsky.social // Hope to continue our conversations there!
I've always admired the @BBC , worked for the German Language Service in 1995, and am really sorry that it's all come down to this: ⬇️

#Microphone test: I’m having another go with my cheap #wireless Chinese microphone. This time I’m standing at a crossroads. There’s some distortion at the beginning. Anyone have a clue what may have caused that?
Testing a cheap Chinese microphone, as @MarcSettle has recently done. It’s only 15€. I quite like the sound, but durability of this all plastic mic may become an issue. What do you think of the sound quality?

Hier soll ein toller Teaser-Text stehen, der auf den Artikel hinter dem Link neugierig macht – z.B. mit Cliffhanger (257 Anschläge inkl. Leerzeichen)

Ah, if I post a link to news article, then there’s only the photo visible but not the header. But if it’s the link to a blog post, then we can all preview an image and the header and some part of the teaser. Why’s that, @twitter and @elonmusk ?

So what has actually happened to Twitter’s er … X’s preview?
