This is private equity, this is what it does. Buy up JavaScript runtimes, run them into the ground, and rip them apart for short-term profit. The developers at Deno know how to run the runtime. They know how to make the tools we all love. They should be given the first opportunity — and the full support of the Turkish government — to keep it alive. And if we want to avoid @HSVSphere crashing out, the Turkish government should buy Deno outright. We should be keeping private equity out, not welcoming it in.
