I’m thinking of doing a 10-Tweet thread called something like β€œ10 changes that would make #Bhubaneswar MUCH better.” I could probably get an article published with the concept, but this would be faster. & would probably b read by more people What would YOU include in it?

Survey on expansion to an eight lane roadπŸ›£οΈ of Governor House - Nandankannan Road with flyovers at junctions like Damana etc.πŸ‘‡ Expect major disruption when the construction starts. Not sure if Metro proofing of this road has been done & hope 4 good design #Bhubaneswar

Mayfair Sanctuary #Bhubaneswar is an awesome property but missed a golden opportunity to portray Odisha Architecture & Culture in anyways.

Let me ask you… How long should #Bhubaneswar wait for a Metro?πŸ€” YEARS… no, DECADES perhaps. But why rush? 😝 We have traffic πŸš™ jams for networking, red lights 🚦 for meditation and endless commutes to build character πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ! Metro πŸš‡ free but traffic rich πŸ€‘ πŸ˜‰πŸ₯‚πŸ™πŸ‘‡
Let me ask you… If India’s Metro network had continued expanding at the pace it did before 2014, how long would the wait be for cities like Pune to have a metro? YEARS….no…DECADES perhaps. And that was UNACCEPTABLE. In 2014, India had just 248 km of Metro lines across 5 cities. Today, we have nearly 1,200 km across 26 cities. Over 1 crore people travel by Metro every day. The impact goes beyond statistics or numbers. It means less time in traffic, more family time, greater productivity and better opportunities. This is the transformation we are working towards for urban India!
