I’m not sure I’ve seen lifting advice more retarded than Paul Carter telling you to go 4-6 reps on every exercise….
Yeah man go as heavy as you can for 4 reps on tricep pushdowns that’ll TOTALLY work
I am of course one person in my small little corner of the world....
But I legitimately don't know anyone, friend or family member, that would willingly respond to a poll.... and if they did, they would lie to mess up the poll.
Only 3 kinds of dudes I see doing flat barbell bench in the gym:
1. Powerlifters- obviously
2. Old Heads- guys that couldn’t do an air squat, but they come in, do 10 sets of bench at 275 taking an hour and then leave
3. Complete noobs- guys that unfortunately have absolutely zero idea what they’re doing, but have just always heard “how much you bench bro?”
The fact Angel Reese got 2nd team All-WNBA really just tells you how absolutely awful that league is.
I'm really, really tired of guys on here that started lifting a year or two ago, immediately jumped on a bunch of gear, and pretend like it's 1% of their success and "just diet and training bro"

If you never stepped foot in a gym until you were 40 and then got jacked in a year, I promise you that you owe more than 50% of your gains to steroids.
Which is fine, I'm not judging what anyone chooses to take, but I am judging those who act like steroids have very little to do with it. That's complete bullshit.
