It’s hard when you’re the athlete who isn’t getting to play. Sitting on the sidelines is no one’s favorite place. But what will you do about it? Complain? Whine? Be angry? Or compete, be focused & determined? One way leads to regret. The other equals reflection, respect & reward!

When you're part of a team, it's no longer about you. It's about the team. Don’t let your ego cause you to view every decision/interaction as being about you and your wants, needs, expectations.
Align your vision with the team’s vision.
Be about the team. Humility is the way.
