WHY SOME CHRISTIANS STRUGGLE TO BREAK FREE FROM SIN ā¼ļø
Here are two strategies Satan often employs:
1. He prolongs the season of temptation by making repentance seem difficult.
After you sin, you're overwhelmed with regret for breaking your consecration. At first, this...
It is basic media etiquette to withhold the names of institutions that bear no direct responsibility for a negative act when reporting or discussing it.
But you can't sell your propaganda if you respect this.
A faithful witness should desire to see people believe, repent, and follow Christ. Nevertheless, the witness cannot control the response of every hearer.
Our responsibility is to proclaim the truth faithfully. The response belongs to the hearer, and the saving work of God cannot be reduced to human persuasion.
This also means that low visible results do not automatically indicate the lack of faithfulness. We must still examine the message, conduct, methods, and stewardship of those involved.
Faithfulness must be evaluated by allegiance to God's truth and requirements, not by the metrics that gratify us alone.
Pleasure is not inherently abominable in God's design for creation. It is designed and permitted to be enjoyed under the conditions established by the Creator.
Sex is not a sin within marriage (Hebrews 13:4). Eating and drinking are not sins (Ecclesiastes 9:7). Enjoying the fruit of one's labour is not a sin (Ecclesiastes 3:12ā13). Neither is enjoying the good things God has provided (1 Timothy 6:17).
The problem is not pleasure itself, but the pursuit of pleasure outside God's prescribed boundaries.
What the enemy often does is teach people to justify their inability to delay gratification with statements like:
"I'm an adult."
"My body, my choice."
"You guys are just too religious."
"Life isn't that hard, really."
"God wants you to enjoy life. He didn't create you to suffer. He's a kind Father."
And many more such arguments.
But God gave us everything we have, including the very breath of life we draw. The hard pill for many to swallow is that the God who gave us life also established conditions for how we are to live it.
Even as earthly parents set boundaries for their children, not because they hate them, but because they understand that not everything a child desires is beneficial, so God, in His wisdom, has established boundaries for human conduct.
The fact that something feels good does not automatically make it permissible. The fact that we desire something does not mean we have the right to pursue it however we please. And the fact that God is loving does not mean He has abandoned His standards.
Simply put, pleasure enjoyed within God's prescription is a blessing; pleasure pursued outside His will is rebellion.
Pending the time I'm able to write extensively about this, here's a brief one.
If you feel stuck or find yourself unable to fellowship with the Lord as you used to or as you ought to, and you've been trying, or you've been meaning to try, but you just can't seem to make it happen, stop trying alone.
Find a community, church, fellowship, ministry, or whatever nomenclature they prefer to be addressed by. The important thing is that when you go there, a window of worship and fellowship suddenly opens up for you. You get to fellowship until the service is over, only to return to square one once you're back on your own.
Here's my advice: Make a decision today to stay longer in that community. Spend weeks, months, years, or even the rest of your life on earth worshipping with those people.
As long as there are no disturbing practices or doctrines in that place, nothing should hold you back. They're clearly enjoying something you need, so go and share in that fellowship of like faith.
Take advantage of the strength of corporate fellowship, especially in this season of need.
No let āknow God for yourselfā wound you.
Constantly trying to find a balance between fulfilling a mandate that sometimes requires theological arguments and walking away from those arguments because of the fatigue that comes with having them, especially so frequently. šš„¹
As some Christians would say, āCanāt we all just love God and stop arguing?ā š
No interpretation of any shape or form should put the de@th of people in a religious group's hands.
If Islam teaches to ex3cute people under any circumstances, that's unlawful and inhumane.

This gentleman has created his own Islamic Dogma.. This insanity is NOT Islam.. This is a deranged fella.. This dude should be in an asylum.
The Quran is written in a poetic language, misinterpretation is common. This is a very callous man..This man doesnāt represent Islam!!š¤š¤
We shouldn't make wrong decisions intentionally under the guise of a defense like "mistakes are a part of life."
Aside from the fact that some wrong decisions can hurt you badly, it is also irresponsible to do wrong intentionally for pleasure or any other excuse.
This, however, does not undermine the truth that mistakes are genuinely a part of life. Maturity is accepting that you will make mistakes because you are not God.
So, my advice is:
- Don't do wrong intentionally, that's irresponsible.
- Don't leave room for mistakes just to prove you're mature. You should strive for perfection.
- But when you need to move forward in life and must make a decision, don't let the fear of making mistakes stop you. They are truly an unavoidable part of human life. Even God teaches us through our mistakes sometimes.
See you at work.
Many wedding testimonies are not shared fully. People often say they had nothing for the wedding and still received donations, but they leave out that they were not lazy. When younger people hear only half the story, they can turn it into a trend and grow lazy. That is why some now open group chats just to ask others to pay for their wedding.
Talking about numbers does not mean a person lacks faith.
The Bible says faith without works is dead. It also asks which of you would start a building without first counting the cost. Faith and calculation are not enemies.
It is not wise to plan a life around the chance that people will donate. That path leads to entitlement.
Plan the wedding and the family with real numbers. If donations come, treat them as extra money left after the wedding.
I have been complaining about people who speak of miracles in the first person.
God is the One who does these things, when He wills. We are privileged that He used our ministry when He chose to do so.
That is why, when we try to replicate them, they sometimes do not happen: we do not have sovereign power.
Joshua commanded the sun and the moon to stand still, but Joshua never claimed that he himself had power over the sun and the moon.
One day, when you're done shouting "yes, sir" to every new & high-sounding thing you hear. You'll sit down and see how much you've damaged your faith.
I just pray you don't stray too far or beyond repair before you wake up.
It's no longer mountain of influence
It's now culture shaping
"Sharing tracts has no meaning, The new evangelism now is culture shaping"
@Thatnsukkaboy_ they said what you are doing with Church under the bridge is talking to peasants
Have we forgotten God will Judge us all?
On one hand, statements like āIām a work in progressā can become a hiding place for a reckless individual. That doesnāt change the fact that humanity is flawed, weāre truly a work in progress.
On the other hand, when the statement comes from a genuine heart, it is a testament to humility: that weāre all learning as we grow.
That said, I encourage everyone reading this who may be going through the trauma of mistakes theyāve made, or who may be making one right now: donāt dwell there anymore. Acknowledge the flop, take the consequences if there are any, dust yourself off, shine up, and keep moving.
See you at work, Champ.
Turning waste into energy while reducing reliance on conventional fossil fuels.

On Wednesday, the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, visited the HBM Eco Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) platform at the Olusosun Dumpsite, accompanied by the Deputy Governor, Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, the Managing Director of the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), and other senior officials of the Lagos State Government.
We provided an overview of HBM Ecoās waste-to-resource model, explaining how we collect, sort, bail and transport non-recyclable and combustible waste to our cement plant in Ewekoro.
The waste is processed and utilised as alternative fuel, to decarbonize our processes and provide a sustainable solution to waste management in Lagos state.
The visit strengthened our strategic relationship with the Lagos State Government and reinforces our commitment to engage beyond buildings, but also protect and preserve the environment around us.

So some parents actually know their sons are Yahoo boys and their daughters are OS, and they still collect the proceeds from them.
Greed made them betray their duty to their children. Itās a crying shame.
1 Samuel 3:13
For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not
I donāt like carbonated drinks, but I once decided to start stocking the fridge with them to entertain visitors.
Whenever a pack ran out, I restocked.
One day I sat down and said to myself, āDaniel, say the truth and let the devil be ashamed, na you dey drink these things pass visitors.ā š
So...
If the devil can touch your money, how is more money the solution?
If the devil can spoil your property, how are more properties the solution?
It simply means he has some kind of access, and that access is what needs to be blocked. Itās that simple. More money will only give him more things to spoil.
Heāll spoil everything youāre gathering until you become depressed, and from depression come health issues. Thatās how the devil plays.
Donāt feed him just because you think you have more. Heāll win if you follow that strategy. Cast the demons out by Godās power. Thatās the only solution.
At its core, this teaching isnāt different from that of the man who said, āSatan isnāt afraid of a praying church, but heās afraid of a wealthy church.ā
