Located in the Harsánylejtő neighborhood of Budapest, the approximately 18,000-square-foot (1,672-square-meter) Budapest Hungary Temple is taking shape on a scenic hillside site, alongside an arrival center and patron housing. The temple's reinforced concrete structural walls are in place, defining the building's single-story layout and prominent entrance portico. Above the roofline, scaffolding surrounds the rising steeple as work progresses on its exterior finishes. (Photo: A. T. Hun) #budapesttemple #budapesthungarytemple

Drawing on the pioneer expression “hurrah for Israel” — an exclamation of faith and commitment to God’s work — Elder Ronald A. Rasband invited Brigham Young University students Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to celebrate the Restoration of the gospel not only by remembering its history but by helping advance its work today.
Elder @RonaldARasband pointed to the upcoming 200th anniversary of Moroni delivering the gold plates to Joseph Smith in 1827 and the Church’s bicentennial in 2030. He placed special emphasis on the 2027 Salt Lake Temple Celebration, inviting students to attend with friends and neighbors.
“The official theme for the historic six-month event is ‘Rejoice in Christ,’” he said. “We expect millions from across the globe. You will want to attend, bring your friends, neighbors, classmates, and anyone seeking a better life.”

Jackson Chourio has 10 hits in the first four games of this World Series.
The only other player who ever did that was Babe Ruth.
That record had stood for 98 years, and a 22 year old from Venezuela just walked right up and matched it.
Here is the whole thing.
Ruth did it in 1928, in a sweep of the St. Louis Cardinals. Since then, nobody had ever put 10 hits together through the first four games of a Fall Classic.
Not Mickey Mantle. Not Derek Jeter. Not Reggie Jackson. Not anyone.
Chourio got there by never having a quiet night. He had multiple hits in every single game of this series.
Only nine other players have ever done that through four games of a World Series, and none of them were as young as he is.
In Game 3 he went 4 for 5. In one inning of that game he got two hits and stole a base, something nobody had ever done in a World Series.
The only younger player with four hits and a stolen base in a World Series game was Ty Cobb, all the way back in 1908.
Last night in Game 4 he singled, and then in the 12th inning he lined a double into center field. That was number 10.
He holds another record too, and this one is all his.
He has 31 postseason hits before turning 23, more than anyone in history.
The old mark was Andruw Jones, who needed 45 games to get to 30. Chourio got to 31 in 24.
He grew up in Maracaibo. The Milwaukee Brewers signed him as a 16 year old shortstop, then gave him $82 million at 19 before he had played a single big league game.
This is what that bet looks like.
Here is the honest part. Last night's record came in a loss. Rookie Cooper Pratt had just homered in the top of the 12th, the first extra inning World Series home run ever hit by a rookie.
Then the Tampa Bay Rays came back in the bottom of the 12th and won Game 4 on a walk off, and the Brewers still have not finished this thing.
Milwaukee still leads the series 3 to 1.
Today is Game 5. Tonight at Tropicana Field they get another chance to win the first World Series title in franchise history.
The Brewers won 103 games this year. They have not won a World Series ever. Their only other trip was 44 years ago, and they lost it in seven.
Whatever happens tonight, one part of this is already done. For the rest of baseball history, when someone looks up the most hits in the first four games of a World Series, there will be two names on that list.
Babe Ruth. And Jackson Chourio.
