What prosecution witness established is that SB's phone Camera app was opened (without unlocking the phone) at 9:18pm. Last steps 9:40:19. Power button pressed and released :25 seconds later. Matthew Farwell seen on video leaving three minutes later.
Phone registered an incoming Facetime call on Feb. 2. triggering her camera app to open. This was after Birchmore had died.
Shortly after 9 p.m., we can see that the decline is much slower. We can see We can see that the check-ins are less frequent, and that it continues to decline until the phone appears to cease shortly before midnight on February 3rd, and that looks like a slow drain
We now are looking at phone charge and depletion of Birchmore's phone. Charged to 60% at about 6pm the night she died and slow drain after that.
the last steps reported on the iPhone 12 are at 9:40 and 22 seconds. Is that right? That is correct. And applying 13-minute offset, the video depicted on that slide shows a male leaving at 943 and 32 seconds. That's correct.
